****Costco CEO no longer allows you to buy food without a membership.*** The people who work here are overwhelmed, overworked and underappreciated. The food is great for the price. As usual, most issues are caused by management, not the employees.

it does not get better than costco food courts. walking in, adorning that sort of unfinished gymnastics center sort of vibe. you either order face to face, or you use one of the kiosks. and the food? oh, dont get me started. the pizza is just pure, greasy goodness, and is big enough to feed a small village. the hotdogs are a classic, juicy goodness. the chicken bakes are absolute smackers, and etc. the only problem i really have is that sometimes the wait time is a tad long, but the quality more than makes up for it

Reinserted a glass fallen out of prescription eyeglasses purchased from our Opthalmologist in our home city in another state. Very efficient, no questions asked.

Today was the last straw for me with Costco. As I went to the self checkout, I found a COSTCO employee with a gun looking scanner, checking the membership cards of customers BEFORE they went to the self checkout line. When I told the employee that what he was doing was something new, he called me a liar and said this had been going on for some time. I just went to Costco last week and there was no employee checking cards before the self checkout line. Personally I'm tired being treated like a criminal in COSTCO. The requirement they check your receipt and goods before you leave the store is bad enough, but to add this additional check on the assumption you could be using someone else's card before checkout is ridiculous. You now have to fumble around to get your card out of your wallet 3 times before you leave. On top of that, the customer service at Costco is pathetic. There is no one to help you find anything. They constantly move items around. I used to get bread next to the produce area, and then they moved it all the way across the store. There is no app to tell you where items are like at other stores. There are virtually no employees to tell you where an item is stocked. Finally, I've had two cars damaged at COSTCO tire shops. Both involved damaged lugs. One was broken off and the other was stripped, both the result of a power tool overtorquing the lug nuts. The service at their tire center is probably the worst part of the store. Anyway, I'm gone.

I went to Costco on a Friday after work along with everyone else. There is a big storm coming this weekend so a lot of people decided to stock up. After filling my cart and checking out, I could barely move past the checkout line because the exit was jammed with people. As I was inching toward the door, an employee named Asia said "we have a problem!" and started jogging toward the door. Asia jumped in and started checking receipts along with the 2 other door clerks. It was so nice to see someone notice that there was a problem and immediately spring into action. Thanks Asia!

Conveniently located at the intersection of Route 50 & Rt. 28 in the shopping center! There is plenty of parking as it should be cause this place is always packed!! Be patient or park wayyy out to avoid any issues. The warehouse is huge and offers a plethora of products and services! TODAY, I was armed with a short list of must pick up items and for the most part I stuck with it! I almost broke from list and snagged some beautiful and fresh whole Branzino fish! I held strong though. The sampling stations are back as shoppers moved about the warehouse! It's really the place to go if you have an open mind and a boat load of money to pick up absolute needs and things that might not have been on your list! I saw a beautiful patio set that I would have snagged if I had a patio area! LOL. Seriously though, Costco has everything and more. Don't be deterred by the imaginary lines that some folks form as they are not paying attention to the real lines that are moving swiftly and effortlessly with two people working the register to scan and move folks along! If you're uncertain about the lines, go left always! Cut through the snack sections, come on the aisle side on the furtherest left and you'll be in and out! You're welcome

Costco is my go-to store for everything I need in life. The range of products they offer is astounding, and I can always count on finding high-quality protein options at amazing prices... From iconic rotisserie chicken and hot dog deals, shirataki noodles, La Colombe cold brew, books about space and dinosaurs for my baby brothers, books about young adult romance for my discerning girlfriend, plates and silverware and affordable dining sets, the only affordable eggs during the infamous egg shortage that shook the nation, Costco has it all!My undying devotion for the Costco/Kirkland brand played a significant role in my life. A couple years ago, they came out with VERY high-quality Kirkland embroidered sweatshirts. When my Filipina girlfriend saw me wearing it on my Bumble profile, she swiped right on me just to ask where she could get her own. Little did I know that this would be the start of a beautiful relationship. So, thank you Costco, for bringing us together! And THEN we also got an amazing deal for lodging in Puerto Vallarta recently through the Costco Travel program! Costco does it all!I must also give a special shoutout to Lita in the food court. She is an absolute saint and an incredibly hardworking individual. The delicious food options available at the Costco food court, combined with Lita's friendly service, make it a true gem within the store.Costco, you have my utmost appreciation and loyalty. Thank you for being the one-stop shop for all my needs and for adding that extra touch of happiness through Kirkland brand merch and free samples and wonderful staff like Lita. You truly deserve all the stars and more!

Costco's are all great but this location is both inconvenient in terms of ease of access and store layout. It takes forever to reach the parking lot due to the four way stop sign. Now with the Lidl open, it's even more hectic. The layout of the store causes mass traffic jams (i.e. food court in the middle of the line to exit). There isn't as formal of a process for checkout lines either. At Fairfax, the staff is very diligent about one line so it's abundantly clear. The staff here doesn't care and everyone cuts in the lines randomly. Need to fix that!

I like this Costco the best because of its layout and the parking lot. BUT many of the long standing staff that have worked here over the years are RUDE and arrogant. I know the pandemic was unprecedented, but their behavior was out of bounds witnessing them yelling/screaming at people to put their masks on, stay behind the line, refusing them early entry because their disability was not obvious even though the person had a medical ID, and was parked in the handicap, and had a prosthetic leg. The employees assumed their patrons were lying and opted to treat us like animals. One customer they yelled at that he would not be allowed to enter until he put on his mask, was on oxygen, and when they realized it they lowered their voice and let him proceed without needing to put on his mask, but it was degrading and uncomfortable to witness them making him a spectacle. Costco forgot how to treat people humanely during a 3 year crisis.

Always love all the deals and the quality of the food. Make having large get togethers easy and less expensive. Love being a member of Costco.

The in-store service is kind of good. The staff in gas station is terrible and terrible. And be very careful in parking lots, some drivers are really crazy.

Costco tire is awesome along with the staff and the store management. My dilemma started about 1hr prior to close and could not get through on the phone so I took a shot getting there 40 min before closing. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful even with an annoying caller on the phone. What patience from them, especially when I could hear the phone call where the guy says he has a tire knows nothing about it but asks if they have Michelins in stock. I wanted to smack the caller but the front desk was amazing and polite. They then helped me but advised they may not be able to do it so close to closing. Shortly thereafter the front desk talked to the mechanics who agreed to fix my tire. Wow $10.99!! Can't beat that and find the best customer service I have experience in a long time!!!

Costco is the ultimate warehouse. I opt for the executive membership for the 2% cash back. The lines are always long for gas and customer service, but they move fast.

We tend to come to this Costco most often; it is usually always packed when we go there, especially since we usually go on weekends. However, I feel as if they have more of a selection and variety than other locations. As other Costcos, they offer appliances, auto/tires, items for babies and kids, clothing, handbags, computers/printers, electronics, furniture, hardware, health and beauty products, home/decor items, jewelry/watches, office products, patio/outdoor items, items for pets, and travel/luggage items. The staff here are friendly and helpful, the customer service line moves along, and the check-out lines are directed efficiently. Plenty of parking in the lot; just watch out for the leaving vehicles from Costco gas. +helpful and efficient staff +good well-stocked selection

Tried to call and order a pizza, but was told the only toppings were cheese or pepperoni. You used be able to customize it with their other toppings. Very disappointed.
