If I could give 10 stars I would. Very beautiful and clean dealership. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Mohammad Ali assisted me, and made sure my voice was heard the entire time. Sai, the GM was excellent to work with. They were very polite and professional. Thank you team for making my experience a great one. If you ever need assistance, I highly recommend you ask for these two gentlemen.

I’m a very indecisive person until I know what I want! I went to another dealership who did not have the vehicle I wanted on the lot. Audi Chantilly had the model and color I wanted so I called to confirm it was still available. I talked with Fady who indicated it was on the lot so I drove over after work. When I got there both vehicles were waiting for me.
I decided on the new over pre owned and as we were talking numbers I noticed another one they had on the lot. Fady had no issues bringing it up for me to test drive.
The staff realized it was also my birthday and went out of their way to make it extra special, including topping my new Audi off with a bow.
The financing process was very quick and easy. I was in and out on about 90 minutes!
This is my first non-GM vehicle and so far very satisfied with the entire process!

This is one of the nicest dealerships I’ve ever visited! As someone who wanted to be an architect one point in my life, I really appreciate the design of this building, inside and out! I work nights and decided to head here after work August 17, 2024 and arrived before the doors open so I could take a look at some of the vehicles they had without anyone coming up to me lol. No one actually bothered me at all which is rare for pretty much any dealership. The staff was friendly (including the janitorial staff). Place was very clean, and the restrooms were also nice! Although my credit is absolutely horrible right now, they worked with me on getting in a vehicle, and I’m currently saving up to put a down payment on the vehicle I want from here. Hopefully it’s not gone by the time I get the money lol. But I at least wanted to give a review on them now, to help others out who are looking to purchase from them. Shout out to Nesser and Grace for working with me, I found out about this dealership by searching vehicles on CarGurus website, and contacted them that way. Nesser even emailed a video showing off the vehicle so I could check it out before my appointment. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

My husband and I didn't expect to get a Mazda here. We had really exhausted our search at other Mazda places and we just googled "CX-5 near us" and since we were close to Chantilly at that time, this Audi dealer popped up. We really appreciate Fady for staying extra late on a Friday night to allow us test cars. We truly did not plan on buying a car that night and we felt bad that he stayed past closing. He was a bit busy with other customers, so we didn't feel like we had a lot of time to connect with him on information but it was actually nice having the freedom to test out cars without being closely watched like at other places. Wisam was great and personable as well and explained a lot to us as this was our first time buying a car. Overall super random experience but definitely elevated by the kind people there!

I had a highly disappointing experience with Audi Chantilly. After paying an exorbitant amount for a simple oil change and regular check, my engine light came on, and oil started leaking shortly after.
Despite multiple visits and explaining the issue stemmed from their service, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and charged me $222 for a diagnostic check. The lack of accountability, coupled with their poor customer service, was incredibly frustrating. I ended up spending more time, money, and gas than necessary. I strongly advise considering other options for your vehicle service needs.
