“I enjoy and appreciate shopping at Harris Teeter (Newport News location). They're always helpful, professional, and kind and demonstrate excellent teamwork, which is rarely seen. They were very busy today, to say the least. They were short staffed and only had 2 registers open. I was impressed how they worked together; Nini (who is an accountant) came out of her office, and another staff member (who isn't a cashier) both opened up a register to lessen people's frustration and having to continue to wait. Kuddos to Harris Teeter! Keep up the excellent work! Thanks for caring about your customers.”

“This is my pharmacy for my meds I take daily. I refill them once a month, and I always get a text notification that they’re ready for refill (which I LOVE), and they’re always ready so fast! I use the Rite Aid app to manage my refills, and I love that even when something I need is out of stock, they get it in 2-3 days & fill it ASAP for me. The pharmacy staff is always friendly & helpful!”

“Me and my step mother wanted to get a lego out of the lego case for my Dad on fathers day. We pressed the assistance button and we waited about 10-15 mins no one came. So I took it upon myself to find an employee to unlock the case. I found a wonderful employee Lynda, I asked her if she could unlock the case and with a big smile and enthusiasim, she went to find the manager to get the keys. We found 4 other employees and the manager doing nothing and talking while they are supposed to work and she got the keys from them. She apologized atleast 10 times about that but we weren't mad, just confused why it took so long and other people in the store before us left because the button took too long also for them. But Lynda helped us with lots of passion so for that I wanted to thank her with his review.”

I am also noticing that my pills are not working as well. I have been hospitalized for similar symptoms before. I need my pills to work the 1st time.”

“I've had nothing but good experiences here. The pharmacy is friendly and efficient. There's a drive through, the option to refill via email or phone... generally they try and make it as easy as possible. I recently walked through the main store for some Christmas decorations and fast supplies. They keep the place pretty well stocked. Whether you need to fill a prescription or to pick up something quick, this place works just fine. (I've noticed the one hour photo section. Is that still a thing? Are there still people who haven't gone digital? Well, if so, good for them that's there, I suppose.)”
“I ordered my tires online. Was called a few days later saying they were in. Appointment was for 7 days out to have them installed . I decided to stop early to see if I could get themdone sooner and they accommodated me and installed all 4 tires . I always get my tires from Sam’s I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And if you call them they will pick up the phone and help you.”
“I was not excited about venturing into this Walmart but I was close by at the time. What a great experience! Four employees greeted me as I went from aisle to aisle. Store has a great layout and was very clean. I thought for sure this would be "ghetto" but that would be the Cunningham location for sure. A lot less shoppers made for a nice quiet shopping trip. I'll be driving the extra miles to visit this store in the future. Better selection than the Hampton Supercenter, way cleaner, friendlier, not chaotic, and no gates to get in and out of the store (inside). Previous reviews have kept me away.... check this location out for yourself!”
“Ordered a prescription for Monday morning , when I had a Prescription pick up that morning. The Pharmacist was very kind to fill my prescription within 30 minutes (pharmacy opened only at 9AM) so I could pick up both prescriptions at 9 30 AM. Thank you for prompt and kind service so I did not have to wait till Tuesday at senior hour for the medication.”

The employees did not call me rude for politely asking for help locating some items, and helped me locate them. Thank you Walgreens on mercury. “I was visiting family in the area and needed a last minute picture printed for a baby shower. I sent it to the closest CVS and I am glad that it was this one. At first my picture did not load when I sent it through the app, but Ian, the store manager called me personally and spoke me through the process. When I was still not able to get it done online, he suggested I come in and do it. Upon my arrival to the store, we were greeted by a wonderful cashier (sorry I didn't get her name), but she got Ian from the back and he took his time and helped me print an amazing copy of my picture on a canvas. The cashier offered my sister and I cold bottle water as we waited and chatted with us to help pass the time. Ian and all of the employees where so pleasant and helpful and gave true southern hospitality. I normally visit the area once or twice a year and I know for sure I will always use this location for all my photo, pharmacy and other store related needs; as the services was amazing and the staff kindness went above and beyond to help. This makes me confidence to say that I will always spend my dollars there when I am in the area and even just pop in to say hello!!!”

“I have been using this Rite Aid pharmacy for 3 or 4 years now. I switched from the stores in Smithfield because this pharmacy provided better service. And I believe it still does. Today my wife urgently needed a prescription filled for an uncommon medication. This pharmacy was the only one in the area that had it on hand, and the pharmacist had to make multiple efforts over several hours to get the prescription transferred from the pharmacy it was initially sent to. Thank you Rite Aid Carrollton.”
