Great experience with Dr. Lonam and the entire staff. Dr. Lonam was referred to us by friends who have been taking their trained service dogs to him for several years. The prices are very reasonable and the staff was helpful and friendly.

treated my dog with rude manner and told me to not bring him here again. You’re the vet you should be prepared to handle such dogs, they physically pushed my dog away and treated him badly then my dog came out crying and whimpering and the vets were the ones that were scared. They did almost nothing for my dog and I still had to pay $120 after telling them I would not pay the fees they brought it down to $80. $80 for a visit? you’re much better off checking this place off your pet list. Don’t come here it’s expensive and has rude people. They do not treat the animals with respect.

This clinic is overwhelming expensive!! l have been a pet owner for over 30 years and have never experienced anything like this. They had my dog over 9 hrs with no food or water since 8pm the night before. I was charged over $1000 for 19 different charges for a teeth cleaning, medication, and 1 extraction. Additionally, my dog has been a zombie for over 3 hours. We will never return and hope no one else has to experience this ridiculous poor service.

I absolutely love Village Veterinary Clinic. Everyone there is so friendly, kind, and caring. I switched to this veterinary clinic in May. My dog was 15 years old and had congenital heart disease, and I didn't feel we were getting what we needed from our previous vet. It was the right choice. They gave me options to make his last few months better, and I always felt that they had our dogs best interest in mind. We now have a 9 month old puppy, and I have taken him there twice for vaccinations. I don't think he ever realized that he was getting shots. They played with him, petted and snuggled him. And then there were some shots. And treats. He probably thought it was a fun little excursion:)

Wonderful wonderful vets, assistants, receptionists and service in general. Wide scope in veterinarian expertise & the owner, Dr Lonam is renowned and highly respected amongst colleagues for his excellence as an experienced vet and especially in surgery. He did a beautiful job of suturing a laceration near my dog’s eye. Always fairly priced, giving of advice and behind the scenes, amazingly kind to our community, helping wildlife in national parks and all kinds of service animals.P.S. Love the fact that village vet plays safe protecting its staff and clients by wearing masks.

Village Vet has consistently provided outstanding care for our pets over the past 20 years or so. All staff including front desk personnel, techs, and vets have superb technical as well as exceptional people skills. For example, we recently, we had a walk-in emergency with our dog, Davos, and were so grateful for Village Vet being able to examine and treat him almost immediately. Much appreciated!

This review is about the practice-as I didn’t meet a doctor I can’t review their bedside manner.The office requires, in March 2023, masks. After Covid had passed, and masks are shown ineffective (except N95 masks) for a business to still require everyone to wear a mask, is insane. Even if you believe masks work, they would work for the one wearing the mask-protecting themselves-which should be a personal choice.If you want to wear a mask for your own protection, as silly as it is, you’re welcome to. However, I’m not sick, and I don’t need to wear a mask, and I’m not going to patronize any business who requires a mask, especially when the front desk staff has attitude about it.Wake up, it’s 2023, quit living in fear and wearing face diapers.

Beware ! Unless you pay in cash, check your statement.I was charged twice and am having a difficult time getting my money back. All I've got from them is a feeble apology. I want my money! Will never take my dog there again!
