Went in for a ring sizer and was given some alternate choices that were much cheaper for me. They could have sold me stuff but instead provided information that would not benefit them financially. I love that they did this, makes me feel they have integrity and care about the service they provide to the customer. When I buy any jewelry in the future it will be from here for sure! Thank you!

What a fabulous shop. I walked in just before closing and they were still eager to help me shorten my son’s necklace. He did a great job. I will definitely be back when I’m in the market for new jewelry or when I need something repaired. Thank you again Shammas Jewelers!

This place is the best! Its been in our neighborhood for 30+ years and all the reviews are true! Honest, friendly, and very reasonable. Just returned to replace two watch batteries, and Fred had them done in a few minutes at half the price of others. And enjoyed a brief chat as well. The place is always busy with loyal, local customers. The Best!

Shammas is my go to place any time I need to fix jewelry and watches. Every time I go, he and his family are so kind and they have very quick service. They are incredibly trustworthy. My fiancé’s family drives 2 hours to see Shammas for all of these reasons. I highly recommend. If you start coming here too, you’ll have a jeweler you can trust for life.

Absolutely love this shop. Christine is always super helpful and I trust them with their advice and with my jewelry. I had a negative experience with an online jeweler, and Christine was able to get the stones I wanted and set it in a beautiful ring setting that was all higher quality than what I had ordered online, for a very fair price.

I came in today with a new watch that needed links removed. I had accidentally left home without my wallet, and asked if I could drop the watch off and come back to pick it up in 15 minutes. Fred quickly removed the links in front of me, free of charge!! I will definitely be bringing future business to this great store!!!

For many years I had been going to another family owned jewelry store in Burke. However, once the owners retired & closed their store, I started looking for another jewelry store in the area. I checked out many but was so glad I found Shammas! While I haven't gone there often--the times I have, I feel the same about this store as I had the other. They are very friendly & knowledgeable, as well as reasonably priced. I have had several watch batteries replaced & just picked up my wedding band that I had rhodium plated. The ring looks beautiful & brand new! While in their store & waiting for my turn, I have listened to them with other customers, & they have been pleasant & worked with each one in a personal manner. Definitely will recommend them to others as it is my new favorite jewelry store!

Today I went to Shammas to get links taken out of my watch (that wasn't purchased at their store) and they gladly helped me within 5 minutes of me being there. I went to pay for the service but they declined and instead, I was sent off with a "Merry Christmas". It was such a generous act of kindness and almost brought me to tears! They absolutely made my day! I would recommend anyone to Shammas for their amazing customer service and beautiful jewelry!

The selection, quality, value and customer service are superb. I have been a customer for 30+ years, and we have purchased watches, rings and special jewelry for major life events. Farid, Johnny, Christine and all the staff are thoroughly knowledgeable of gems, settings and all aspects, including appraisals. Visiting the store is the same as visiting friends. We get excellent advice and service.

I’ve been coming to Shammas since I was a little girl with my mother. I’ve never had anything less than impeccable service. Truly masters of the craft. Today I brought my Mother’s Day gift watch in that I was excited to wear asap and they carefully fit it for me and had it back to me in minutes. Love and trust them with all my jewelry.
