Jim is my “Better Call Jim”…Literally. Need a house - call him. He is a friendly professional who makes the whole process as easy as it could be. He and his wife Peggy addressed our questions/concerns in a timely and transparent manner throughout the process and made it feel seamless! Jim is the man who always have been near us whenever we need, that’s why he is true friend of us. I already did and I will highly recommend him to our friends in future as well.

Jim really helped us out while we were looking for a new rental house. The rental market is terrible and predatory at times and it was extremely helpful to have someone who understood how it worked and was able to communicate with landlords/property management companies. He and his wife Peggy are kind, patient, responsive. They know the area well and truly want the best for their clients and show that by going above and beyond in helping find good housing that fits your needs. We went from a house we hated and felt stuck in to a house we really love and can feel comfortable in because of the work they put it.And on top of all that they are just truly nice people :)

Jim has been a blessing to my family. As a military family we were given notice of our relocation to NOVA. We were overwhelmed trying to narrow down a place to rent to accommodate our needs and fit our budget. He put us at ease and was able to narrow down our search to include areas with good schools. We initially had trouble finding a place that would accept our application because of our large dog, but Jim was able to offer suggestions on how to make our application more appealing and competitive. He went to several potential homes and took videos for us since we were out of state. We couldn't be more grateful for his expertise and wisdom during this experience and plan to use his service to purchase a home in the future. Thanks Jim (and Peggy!)

Jim was very very nice Person, Realtor and Friend! He had feelings! He doesnt think about comission! His first and last priority is Customers Happiness and financial situation of the customer on a long run! Him and his wife Peggy trully have an awesome heart! JIM DAY – professional, friendly and knows his stuff! Jim helped us sell our childhood home in Springfield VA. He made pre-sale improvement suggestions to help boost our marketability. He even supervised some of the contract work. Our house was so well marketed that we had many, many offers over just one weekend Open House. Jim sorted the data and presented the best buyer options. That made our selection job much easier. Jim made the entire sale process so smooth. He was in constant communication, and the online secure document signing tool sure helped too. Jim helped me find housing post pandemic AND long distance. He filmed and visited potential housing for me. Then he negotiated a term and price for the one I selected. He also did a walk thru before I arrived to take occupancy. I trust Jim and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again to buy or rent! It's a tough world out there and Jim was the Equalizer!

Jim Day was the best agent in helping me and my three roommates find the perfect place to rent! He and his wife, Peggy were supportive and resourceful during our search. Jim went above and beyond to meet our needs and find us the perfect home in NOVA! We were very unfamiliar with the Burke area, but after meeting with realtor, Jim Day, he knew exactly the neighborhoods, communities and schools that would best fit our family. We really gave him a run for his money having him show us well over 60 homes before we found our perfect fit. He was patient and persistent while making sure we got exactly what we needed. My kiddos couldn’t be happier at Lake Braddock Secondary school, we have made so many friends in the neighborhood and our dogs love the fenced yard.
