I found a practice that I respect. The office staff made me feel comfortable. I have been seeing Dr Moles since 2008 and to me he is a very professional and knowledgeable Doctor. Thank you very much Burke Family Practice.

4-9-2024, called to schedule a new patient appointment with one of the NPs, the front desk said she would obtain my information and someone may call me back in three to four business days to schedule a PE.

Just met with Dr. Yoon for the first time and he was amazing how he listened carefully and cared about all the issues I have going on and thoroughly helpful. The staff was also great as I had to reschedule a couple times.

I had an outstanding experience as a new patient visiting for a wellness check this past week. I am a physician myself and so I’m very attuned to the workings of a medical practice. The online check-in process was the easiest I have ever used among all the primary care and specialist practices I’ve experienced. The front staff was efficient . Janeson the technician was cheerful and quick working me up. She made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Yoon was outstanding. He was personable and thorough in his history taking and examination. He included me in his discussion and used evidence-based medicine to guide his recommendations. I did not tell anyone that I was a physician until Dr. Yoon figured it out at our end-of-meeting discussion so his treatment was unbiased in that respect. I’m very happy to have found this practice and Dr. Yoon.

Wife has Lupus Psychosis before this attack 4 years ago she would see this practice. Afterwards see will not see any doctors, it is very hard to get her to NIH to say nothing of any doctors office, this is one of the effects of Lupus Psychosis. She will open a car door at 60 if I try to get her to an appointment. Yet this practice does not know this about these kinds of patients. Stopped all of her records and have not updated for 4 years. They had agreed to be in contact with NIH but this is not happening. Leaving me (husband) all alone with all the stress to deal with. What I need from this doctors office is to be my translator on what NIH is recording on medical records. Please help me!

I brought the rating up from one star to three because of recent experiences. Happy with Grace Thapa, NP and Lindsay Killick, NP.Two stars off because BFP is a designated gun-free zone.

Very disappointed with the business side of the practice. The doctors are fine, the nurses are fine, but the business side of the practice is rude, entitled, and treats patients like livestock to be run through and fleeced. They have become very inaccessible and slow to respond. Almost always you end up in a voicemail system and nobody ever calls you back. After three years, they still keep up the Covid justification for being even less accessible and keep lying about staff shortages to justify their lack of follow ups.

Had an excellent experience with Burke Family Practice. I really appreciate Dr. Sanabria. He’s been caring for me for the last few years and is always attentive to my needs and listens to me. If I have a question, he always responds to my emails through their portal. I have recently moved, and he has offered to continue to help me from afar.
