Horrible experience!!…they destroyed expensive shirts and assumed no responsibilities!…they also lost some shirts and gave someone else’s instead.
Total lack of ethics and professionalism.

A NIGHTMARE!! i am extremely disappointed with this establishment. I bought my dress here for my brothers upcoming wedding expecting for my alterations to come out looking great. It was the complete opposite! The seamstress told me she could keep the slit open in my dress....when I came to pick up my dress a week later she did the exact opposite. This was a brand new dress that I spent a lot of money on & the material is now snagged in various places as if it was owned for several years because of how rough she was while sewing & removing the thread. I showed her the snagged areas on the dress & she kept attempting to scrape it with her thumbnail as if that would fix anything. The thread that she did add was actually coming out while I was trying on the dress. I couldn't believe it! When I told her that I am not happy & explained to her what I was looking for she attempted to fix it but was frustrated while doing so. She would stick more thread but wouldn't tie a knot at the end so the thread kept coming out. I paid $80 for the dress to be hemmed & taken in. I wouldn't have mind paying that price but being that she destroyed my dress and did not keep her promise on what she could do to the dress I am highly dissatisfied, embarrassed, & ashamed to walk down the aisle at my brothers wedding with this horrendous job that she has done. She expressed to me that it was difficult because I am busty on top and I have a smaller waist. I asked her why she agreed to take a challenging job if she couldn't master it?! When I told her I was not happy she told me she's not happy either and how she has been a seamstress for over 30 years and nobody has ever complained in the area. I have told her that whether anybody has complained to her or not does not take away from me being upset and a dissatisfied customer. I wish I never went here & I would of gone to a more reputable tailor because there is no way you should bring any clothing here, she does but know what she's doing!!

This is the only dry cleaners I will use. They are friendly and their prices are reasonable. Great for cleaning comforters, and I swear they can literally sew anything! I can be really hard on my clothes and their ability to repair has greatly increased the lifespan of my wardrobe. The owners are super sweet and always express their appreciation for my business. I would recommend to anyone in the area to give them a try!

Awesome, friendly service. I needed a rush/same day dry cleaning on a pair of pants and they were very helpful in making it happen, even though it was late morning when I dropped them off. Will definitely return!

I just love the attention that small business owners give customers. You can tell that they really care for your business by the way they treat you.
Burke Cleaners is close to my apartment and is it's very convenient for me because it is on my way to work.
Their service is exceptional, and I do not have a single complaint. The pricing is very fair compared to others in the area, and my clothes always look fantastic.

Very nice and courteous and were quick with the return. I got dry cleaning as well as shoe repair done here. Very reasonably priced and on top of that offered an additional 10% off! It's a bit out of the way for me but wanted to go to get shoe repair done at the same time and I'm glad I did!

I've been going to this dry cleaners for years and will never consider going to another place, ever! Their quality is impeccable - they will always get the toughest stains out. They also do a great job with alterations. Excellent service, friendly and professional staff - you cannot go wrong with this place, highly recommended.

I went in a few weeks ago to have a dress for prom altered. I ordered my dress online knowing that it would not fit perfectly. I brought it in and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I ended up having to get my dress hemmed and taken in. I picked it up today and it was PERFECT. I couldn't be any happier. Thank you Burke Cleaners!
