I ordered some weather stripping and window felts for my car. A piece of chrome from the felt kit was damaged. I contacted auto krafters the same day the parts were delivered. I was basically told that the manufacturer would be handling the issue and to not install any of the felts since the manufacturer could require me to send the whole kit back for a replacement. It has now been a couple of weeks, I have not heard from the manufacturer of the felts at all. Auto krafters was the website I purchased everything from and they were not very helpful to helping me get this resolved. I'm going to attempt to repair the chrome myself so I can just install my parts.

I had to order additional parts so I used the website, then called and asked about shipping time, the person went out of her way to contact the one doing web orders so they could get processed right away. I got my parts sooner than expected… they were shipped across country in one week. I thought that was pretty amazing.

I have used Auto Krafters for numerous parts for my classic cars and they have delivered the right parts the first time every time. I will continue to use and recommend they in the future.

This is the third time I have got parts from Auto Krafters. The first two times the parts came as described and worked perfectly.This time they parts came as described and fit perfectly again. I live in Canada and old car parts are very hard to come by here, other Suppliers take forever to get parts from.Auto Krafters haven’t let me down yet.The parts have came correct and even with the dollar differences and shipping, still reasonably priced.Special thanks to Tina for helping to check stock and with shipping.Craig Lacon
