We have needed to use them for a few times for equipment rental due to a short term injury and the man that we've dealt with has been phenomenal (I wish I remembered his name!). Most recently my child injured their ankle and needed a knee scooter to get around at school - I contacted them on a Saturday afternoon for a Sunday rental - but they are closed on Sundays. This amazing man drove from MD to meet me at the shop on a Sunday morning super early just to make sure my child had it for school on Monday. They had replaced Planet Oat, extra creamy oatmilk with a smaller, less desirable, more expensive brand in a plastic bottle.After shopping there, I was asked to take a survey. I told them how much it matters to the growing Vegan community in our town, that someone carries a good and decent brand of Oat Milk.I was surprised to receive an email from the manager saying that they were able to bring Planet Oat back to CVS. Today, I went to the store and saw it back in stock! Regular, and extra creamy. 5 of each, instead of just 3 of each. Amazing.Thank you CVS!”

“I love the way the pharmacy refills my medicine and delivers it to my address. They have done a great job. However with the Christmas/New Years, the delivery would take longer than expected. I told the pharmacist that my mom would pick it up in person, the pharmacist miscommunicated to my mother saying that it was delivered yesterday at my door--it was not. The pharmacist or tech should've taken the initiative to take a few seconds to look for my medicine in the outgoing mail, and given to my mom the first time instead of her driving back to the store.I am not mad, but at least make sure the job is done correctly the first time. I used to work the grocery industry”

I really like the Scan & Go option that Sam's added a couple of years ago and LOVE the benefit of free shipping to home on most items if you are a plus member - we even use it to ship things to elderly relatives who live far away and lifting heavy boxes in and out of cars is a challenge.So, all of this good and yet I'm deducting a star? Here's why: There are some standard, every day grocery items that they frequently fail to have in stock or have in stock intermittently. It has happened often enough that I was debating cancelling our membership... but, again, the great gas prices! Fortunately, there is a Wal-Mart next door and so we just pop over there to pick up the odds and ends.”

“I love this Harris Teeter and the employee's that make it so neighborhood friendly. Shout out to Mary for always being so kind and helpful at the self-service checkout! This location is always clean and constantly being restocked. I enjoy that they hire local teens during summers, holidays and you see a lot of your neighbors here. I always forgot something or another for recipes and find myself going weekly for an ingredient or for a full shopping load. I use to do the couponing before the pandemic and never had any issues with cashiers or self check out for the double deals and coupon weeks. As a family, we use to walk here for breakfast, but they have been a little understaffed in the bakery department lately and often are unable to make breakfast sandwiches - so we've had to default to Starbucks microwaved sandwiches. Overall, I am able to find fresh juices, discounts on food, the butcher is super easy to talk to and order your holiday meats from, the workers are amazing and make it worth coming here. I will continue to support this location!”
“Costco tire is awesome along with the staff and the store management. My dilemma started about 1hr prior to close and could not get through on the phone so I took a shot getting there 40 min before closing. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful even with an annoying caller on the phone. What patience from them, especially when I could hear the phone call where the guy says he has a tire knows nothing about it but asks if they have Michelins in stock. I wanted to smack the caller but the front desk was amazing and polite. They then helped me but advised they may not be able to do it so close to closing. Shortly thereafter the front desk talked to the mechanics who agreed to fix my tire. Wow $10.99!! Can't beat that and find the best customer service I have experience in a long time!!!”
