I forgot my cigars on my trip to Bristol. Found this place in middle of what I think is downtown Bristol. They have a good selection and friendly staff.

Mediocre experience. I’m a pipe smoker and was asking what components were in some of the blends but the guy didn’t know. Basically had to go off of sight and smell of the tobacco.I don’t care much for aromatics so I was hoping for a good Virginia, VA perique or English blend. Unfortunately every blend smelled of topping and aromatic. Their basic burley blend was the only non aromatic as far as I could smell so I grabbed a couple of ounces just to purchase something.No tinned tobacco offerings at all either which was a bummer. Pretty light selection of pipes. A few estates, and a few new good brand pipes, the rest and majority were cheap basket pipes.I will say the shop looked nice, had that traditional tobacconist feel to it with nice memorabilia. However their lack of non aromatics, tinned tobacco and pipes will probably make it my only visit as there’s not much for me there. They might cater more to cigar smokers.3 stars for atmosphere, shop layout and decor. As well as being one of the few tobacconists left around the country. Biggest complaint would be not having knowledgeable staff of your own blends that could direct me to what non aromatic offerings you have so I don’t have to smell 12 jars and guess what is what.

Great place for all tobacco and cigar needs. Includes a lounge area if you'd like to sit and enjoy your purchase and watch some TV. The owner is a great guy with lots of knowledge on his products. Highly recommend!!

Great lounge, friendly and knowledgeable staff.The selection of cigars is a little thin right now, but it's obvious the shop is rotating the stock. So that's ok. They still had a good selection.The atmosphere is calm and pleasant. I visited early in day so I was the only one there. I put headphones on to listen to music and enjoyed a ciger that the attendent recommended. I recommend a visit here.

I love this shop. Got a great humidor setup with a lounge with a TV with drinks. Stop in and smoke me a cigar with dad and doesn't a while. Man running the place was well knowledgeable staff.

I was up in the Kingsport, TN area over the 4th of July and ran out of cigars. The tobacco store that I was told they had in Kingsport turned out to be closed for business. So I got on Yelp and discovered this place in Bristol and decided to take a drive to check it out. Nice store, long and narrow with muted lighting. Just how like I my cigar stores to be. Gives off a real comfy vibe. Extensive walk-in humidor. When I was there the selection was somewhat depleted as they were getting ready for a big cigar convention that was taking place shortly after the 4th. My only knock (and it ain't much of one) was that they group their cigars by manufacturer. I've been spoiled by my Louisiana cigar shop that groups their cigars by the flavor body (mild, mild/medium, medium, medium/full and full)... If you do not know exactly what you are looking for then you can feel overwhelmed walking into that humidor. Luckily I received some great assistance from staff and was able to make a purchase of some nice sticks for my enjoyment. If I'm ever in the Tri-City area and in need of some smokes then I will definitely be making a stop in here.
