Seriously if you don't know anything about anything don't work here, needed a bolt for a nut I needed! And so I called the people to help me find a BOLT. They found me another package of a nut and I needed bolts eventually I found them. DONT WORK HERE IF YOU DONT KNOW YOUR SHIT TO WORK IN A Specific department.

Just left the Bristol Lowe's where I was looking at a discounted mower. I request a staff member to get someone who knew about the item to come out and talk with me. He did. A lady staff member came out and did not know answer to all the questions. So she went to get manager, Murray or Murphy, and came back out saying that he just sold the mower over the phone. The discounted price tag was still on the unit. I had been in discussions on the unit for over 30 minutes. I was standing by the unit the entire time. The manager CLAIMED that the party buying the unit over the phone had been there 10 minutes ago. A lie. I was standing there. Then he said they were in another part of the store, but would not get them. Another lie. I'm a contractor and have spent probably over $100,000 at Lowe's in 2020. I've had enough of them after 2020 and now this. They have lost my business. I'll NEVER NEVER NEVER shop at ANY Lowe's again, all because of one deceitful manager. There are enough honest people elsewhere to take my business to in the future.

We hired the interior remodeling dept. of this Lowes to remodel our condo. They promised a turnkey job. We paid them up front. We were told they would be finished by August. They still are not finished on Nov 12, 2018. Lowes ordered the wrong marble shower stall and the wrong granite counter tops, delaying us by months. A worker broke one extremely heavy wall of the correct shower stall by trying to install it by himself, causing more delay. We have not seen any workers, who damaged several places in the condo, for about 10 days--they just disappeared! We are finishing the bathroom and repairing the damage ourselves. The salesman promised us many things and those things did not happen. Lots of talk, no action! Strangely, nobody would give us the contact information of a manager above store manager. One cannot get any help from someone up the chain of command, because one cannot get contact information. We hired Lowes because we thought/were told that they would centrally handle our entire job and eliminate all of the worries associated with dealing with multiple contractors. What we got was a bunch of uncaring people, sales and workers, who took our money with a smile and then resorted to the most unprofessional actions of any construction people that we have ever dealt with. If we ever do a large interior remodeling again, we would get an interior decorator in to help us figure out what we wanted. Then, we would hire and deal with the various contractors ourselves, to give us some control. Lowes was out-of- our-control for our whole project. We are ending up having to finish the work ourselves.

Good people work in this store and they have the typical Lowe's merchandise. BUT, they have outsourced their delivery service to a third party. Delivery service is horrible now. If you need a large item that requires delivery, go somewhere else (not another Lowe's. They all have outsourced deliveries).
