Siding has been falling off the garage for months and after repeated emails and texts, it has still not been fixed. I guess the builders warranty is just a theory. Good luck if you need them to come back and fix something after they have their money. Very disappointed.

I came across yates while waiting on their truck for 15 minutes to make a turn on a country road they never should have been on. Complete incompetence on that. Also love being told that is not that long while they hold up traffic. Very rude and unapologetic from amy who was some manager there. A simple sorry we messed up would have been more appropriate.

If you aren't talking to these folks about your next house, your making a big mistake! I was a builder for years, now I buy modular homes because they are cheaper, quicker, customizable, and take a lot of wind, and weather. Check them out! 20 star service.
