They desperately need more staff! I can’t even fault the current staff when they are just understaffed and can’t keep up. Especially for all the Amazon returns coming through the store now. Corporate needs to address this issue.

Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve had. 1 star is more than they deserve.Not only was my print order not ready for pick up (even tho the email said it was ready), the lady Sumarah, brushed me off multiple times while talking about breakfast and nonsense with customers behind me in line.Not only that, I was made to “wait” for 2 hours while she helped customers that came in after me, only for her to ask I come in the next day… even tho I paid extra to have ready the day before.Simply awful

Slowest workers in the world returning 1 item to Amazon can take up to 30 minutes. Missing free UPS returns your in and out in less that 5 min.

If I could give this place -5 I would. They are always so incredibly in competent. I was on hold for 20 minutes just to see if my order was ready because we didn’t receive a confirmation email so I didn’t have an order number but I paid. I finally hang up as I’m walking in and they’re meandering around the store. I ask to pick my order up, 3 different people in the same vicinity ask me the same question in a spans of 45 seconds… then I ask for a receipt with my order because he took all of the papers and he says you have one in your email, I said I didn’t get the email hence why I couldn’t give you an order number so can you give me the receipt that I’m asking for. He then hands me a copy. EVERY interaction I have at this store is 1) incredibly slow 2) incredibly inconvenient and 3) it’s like they all have virtually no training or I don’t know what. I really try to keep my patience but I vehemently do not like this location and will start driving to the one further away because I just cannot deal anymore.

I've visited this store multiple times and experienced professional treatment from a certain Ethiopian lady there. However, on November 2nd, 2023, at approximately 6:30 pm, I encountered Anis working at the printing station. Regrettably, Anis displayed rudeness and ignorance, responding negatively to my inquiries and seeming unwilling to assist those seeking help.

$1.29/ lb. for document shredding. Shredding is not done on site. You have to place your documents inside of a locked bin.Staff member was aloof. Staff weren’t mean, however they weren’t nice either. They were meh.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Staples due to an employee's behavior. I felt the service was subpar as the employee appeared rude and often seemed to ignore customer inquiries. The employee named ANIS one of the rudest people I saw in my life. He doesn’t even have a heart to help customers. It was not only me got upset when he ignored my request. On the other hand, OSCAR is one of the nicest person who loves to help the people in need.

Worse customer service!I was doing Amazon return. There was a long line. And only one slow lady behind the counter taking care of printing, selling things from the counter, and amazon service. I saw more than 2-3 staffs walking around without giving help with the service.

This staples has a wide variety of products. Most employees are great, however you have some that are on their phones and simply not attentive to customers.

Failed to meet the deadline on a rush order.Never communicated status of the order. When I called the store, the rep was unhelpful in getting any information and basically blew me off. “All I can do is let managers know when they come in.” When asked to look up my order to give me a status, he put me on a Extended hold. In parallel, I tried to use the online chat support, but the delays in connecting me to anyone were excessive. I will never use Staples printing again.

I’m here at staples and have been here for two hours watching as “Samira” the young woman with the bad hair dye, was absolutely rude and atrocious to every person of color which is funny since she is Indian. I saw her be super friendly to the white girls Nd women, but didn’t want to help. GEORGE, as manager look into this and the cameras. Sept 13 6:29 (is the time I’m leaving). I asked her if she was ok because she was giving major dirty looks to my mother, ignored her and asked if the next person needed help. The next person was my dad. We all just looked at her. She didn’t want to help do anything. Just kept tell us to do things online. I will be calling corporate as this is unacceptable being the only staples nearby for miles. UNACCEPTABLE

Poor service, all executives seems busy inside, only 1 guy to help at all the counters,it took me 1hour just pay at the counter, if you can’t run this, shut it down!!!!!!!
