I went today I needed a sensor for my tire and Roger helped me get the one I needed friendly and great customer service I left and had to bring the part back because it had to be programed so Roger looked it up in the system but because of my newer Hyundai they don't carry it Roger went and asked Johana for some assistance and they were both great and helping me she called someone and set it up where Mario can look at my car and hopefully fix the sensor I really appreciate how they both went out there way to help me and finding a solution rather than just returning the part Thanks so much I appreciate it. Normally if I need an urgent part for my cars, I come this parts store, but the personal/employees most of the time that I had to get something are fighting each other, last time one employee asked other some help but She (The Manager) answered so rude and the Software on the Computers are so slow, too many employees at the counter some PC was not working and the customer line was too long, the waiting time sometimes is frustrating. Somebody (General Management above the staff of the Store ) needs to supervise and take action. Just I need to be clear, this review is for Store 9002. Thanks

This store is a disaster, I bought a jump start cable from advanced auto the cable wasn't working so I decided to return it. When I came over the lady Marta she was very rude to me and she said I can't return it, she mentioned to me that the item is not returnable just because. Yet she said the associate who has sold it to me should mentioned that. Still even the receipt doesn't not mention this. Unbelievable customer service in this location. Nothing compared to auto zone. So the summary of this is that advanced auto hire incompetent associate and the customer falls victim of this by paying the price. I would not recommend this place to no one. Kindly stay away.

Online order was not ready after over an hour. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Store claimed to be understaff but had 5 people sitting around not helping anyone. Need to learn to flex staff.

Gary went above and beyond to help us with a diagnostic reading. He is best example of customer service. Definitely will be returning to this location if needed in the future!

Multiple weird experiences here, both at the old store and the new one across the street (which appears to be the same setup):1) What the system shows as "in stock" when you order online for pick-up is not always actually in the store. Experienced this multiple times. Seems to be poor inventory management.2) Real mix bag of employees - a few are nice and knowledgeable, but several are usually just messing around and chatting with each other without offering to help, and are just generally rude. Asked one guy for a specific part and told him the part number, and he just pointed to a corner of the store and didn't say a word; didn't bother looking it up on the computer or helping me find it. Overall, it seems like there isn't great employee management.3) Signage isn't great - you need to just meander around the store until you find what you're looking for, and even then, things aren't often organized logically. The retail area of the store is small though, so you won't be looking too long.This store could easily be better with better management of employees and inventory.

9018 Bailey's crossroad Advance Auto Parts has the worst customer service I've ever had. Gerry their commercial manger is rude and disrespectful. He yelled at me. He humiliated me in front of his employees and other customers. So think twice before purchasing/ordering a part from their commercial manger Gerry. Have a wonderful Day!

Normally, I have great experience at other Advanced Auto Parts but this particular location was a different story. I requested a copy of the receipt. The store manager, Martha B, was very unprofessional and rude in dealing with this request. I left but needed a copy of the receipt so, I decided to call to ask for a second receipt again. She hung up on me. This led me to have to return to the store in order to get a copy. For a third time I requested a copy of the receipt, she made a comment by saying “stupid customer!!!” Let me emphasize that, she said “ stupid customer.” Wow Martha B is that how they train you, to address your customers in such a derogatory manner? You are very unprofessional and rude. This is not quality customer service and I would hope Advanced Auto Parts would have higher standards when it comes to customer service. You are not a good representative for the company. If you don’t like your job, there are others out there not in the customer service industry. However, if you do like your job then perhaps you need a refresher course on customer service. I do not recommend this location. An apology is in order.

That’s exactly why our company no longer doing business with advanced Autoparts. Gary is the nicest commercial accounts manager but the store manager, unless you speak Spanish you are mistreated. She won’t help nor assist one of our technicians and did assist the Spanish speaking customer with commercial account after him. Our business will no longer buy nor support advanced auto parts unless they make some changes. Especially the lady who run the store but bring her home problems to her job.

New store, new location same quality merchandise. Advance Auto Parts moved to a larger store with wide isles, rows and rows of merchandise. If you’re looking for a car battery, car wash or wax, they have you covered. Professional, knowledgeable staff willing to go above and beyond to ensure a happy customer. If you’re a veteran with ID, you’re getting a discount which is huge plus. Check out the newly relocated location, you won’t be disappointed.

Diandre was friendly and helpful when I came in due to battery dying on me while at work. He was able to promptly help me by checking my battery first and helped to install a new one at no extra cost since it was under warranty. Do note that wait time can vary due to staff shortage as I got lucky when I went on a Sunday rainy day.
