Ali was on his own the night i came in, I was greeted, & had nothing to do so I didn’t mind waiting. I could tell he was busy working on 3 lines for the customers in the store already. He ended up working with both of us patrons simultaneously, diligently, & efficiently.He was so patient & kind & I’m very appreciative!Probably the easiest experience I’ve ever had w Verizon. [bc trust me… working with Verizon for corporate accounts is infuriating lol]Thank you, Ali. As-salamu alaikum.

Do not go here! They will charge you for each device and then Verizon will charge you as well. Go to an actual store or order online. They don’t do anything you can do yourself and aren’t honest about the charges at all.

Couple days ago my wife and I went to Verizon store to purchase a new line in addition to transferring an existing line to their service. The store manager set up the new account and gave us the new phone, however, he didn't explain the plan for us, didn't explain all the charges associated with the new phone to us, when I checked online the charges it was completely different from what he told us in the store, therefore,we went back to the store and spoke to him again and we asked to return one phone,to my surprise, he was so rude, unpolite, and acted in completely unprofessional manners, he wouldn't listen to us, and he kicked us out of the store, threatening to call the police to us. I would never go back and do business with this store again and would highly recommend to stay away from this branch. I will also transfer my 2 phone lines to a different provider as a result of his actions. If you can't provide customer service, you shouldn't be working in this place.

The most rud staff I have ever met. They never explained about the plan and charges and if you ask they will shout and kick you out from the store. Ali told me he will call 911 for me because I am asking more details about the plan and he never completed my service. It was really bad experience for me there. Unfortunately my daughter the 3years old was with us and she got scared when he shouted to us.

Ali was fantastic! I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and never have had such wonderful customer service. Highly recommend Ali and Russell- so Cellular- they have my business from this day forward.

The most rude and cocky punk was working when I walked in to get an upgrade. He never answered my question correctly and got corrected multiple times by a customer service representative on the phone. The staff (or at least that punk) was not informed about plans, phone discounts etc.Would not recommend this store to anyone. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years. Verizon has always been great, this employee of theirs However or who ever runs that store. needs to be fired.

This store is straight garbage!!! Took my wife in to the store and there was an middle eastern agent was yelling and cussing out a customer; who was there just to get some phones updated on his account. My elderly wife was so upset as the agent cussed the gentleman out; that she came running out as the agent was yelling. This is no way to run a business especially one that is under a big corporation umbrella like Verizon. I don’t have an name because the agent that was there yelling claimed to be the manager or owner of the store. And refused give a name.

EXCELLENT Customer Service!I want to thank Wes for his time, attention, and saintly patience with the service he provided my husband and me during our visits to this store. He provided extensive and detailed information about the services, devices, and savings and further put any concerns we may have had to rest.I would especially like to commend Wes for his professionalism and superlative skills.Keep up the good work Wes!

Worst customer service and extremely unprofessional. The guy working there was throwing a nerf basketball around at his friends while on the clock while also watching the football game on his phone. There were like 3 other groups waiting around to be helped. He just didn't care. He was also extremely rude and not helpful to me and my dad, told us to call a Verizon number to help transfer my phone number line to a new account and then started helping someone else. In my opinion, if a customer is in the store, you should be walking them through and trying to make the process as smooth as possible. He also laughed in my face when I told him I wanted to try and keep my bill as low as possible. Never go here it's a complete waste of time.

Miserably run and miserably staffed. I visited this store to pre-order a new phone and thought all was well and good on my way out. They called me to pick up the phone a week later, which to their credit did in fact arrive at the store... only for me to find out they bungled the pre-order, which somehow got "stuck" in the cart and wouldn't allow me to check out with the phone, making it effectively useless. I wasted an hour in the store as they called Verizon to no avail. I walked out very unhappy but they reassured me they'd put in a ticket to address the issue.I went to another Verizon store, which was actually run with some degree of competency, only to be told no such ticket existed (lie #1). I spent WEEKS on the phone with Verizon, because apparently the highest level of IT had to fix it. The second Verizon store told me to call this location to cancel the order, which I did. Wes told me this had been done when in fact had not (lie #2) which was confirmed by the second store. I was finally able to resolve the issue with Verizon myself and received no help from this location in doing so despite being reassured otherwise (lie #3). They later had the gall to call me and "update" me on the ticket that had already been resolved (lie #4) so they could try to nab the sale at the last second. They tried to claim they always have this issue with new phones (lie #5) which, again, the second store disputed.This store is honestly a disaster. The employees dress like slobs, take personal calls on the clock, chat with each other like dudebros and push terrible phones on suspecting people to make a quick buck. They sold my mother a complete lemon which was already having problems after a few months. They even closed the ENTIRE store for lunch! Who locks down the whole store so they can grab Subway?!To sum everything up: DO NOT COME HERE. You are always rolling the dice and taking your chances with third-party sellers and Russell Cellular is definitely one of the worst. Save your time, save your money, and spare yourself the stress by avoiding this store like the plague.

NEW Totally lazy , went in on a Monday June 18 and not one person the store , I already had my new Verizon number but needed to pick out a device and the employee told me it was to much of a Hassel to get my device thru there store and I should go to a corporate store instead, when I left I called Verizon customer support and they told me that I definitely could have gotten my device at that store and that the employee was just being lazy and just didn't want to go thru the process ,, Really rude !!! Couldn't be bothered with helping me total joke , informed Verizon corporate about the location and there horrible customer service !!!
