“My only complaint is to be wary of bringing your pups here. We were charged a $25 pet fee for a one night stay. Which is odd because it’s the complete reverse of Aloft’s standard free pet stay policy. We were so thrown off by this charge, commenting with the check-in staff about it but they said the fee was standard for their location. Hopefully this is the only Aloft with this absurd pet policy.Walkability: Can walk to the gas station and Starbucks .”

The staff was not only kind but also incredibly accommodating, making our guests’ stays very enjoyable.One thoughtful touch was their assistance in distributing welcome bags for our wedding guests, which added a warm and welcoming touch to our event. Additionally, a sign was made with details for our wedding shuttle so our guests could easily see the information.Communication with the hotel staff was effortless, and they were always responsive to our needs and requests, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.In summary, we were thoroughly impressed with the block hotels and the exceptional service they provided. “Red Rood Inn Leesburg Va is really an excellent place. Rooms are very clean and seem to have been renovated recently. Service was excellent. We stayed two nights and when we went out after the first night when we got back we had all new towels, trash picked up, bed made and bathroom cleaned. Most places don't give you that type of service as a stayover. They also accommodated us for a 1st floor room as my wife has trouble with stairs. The drawbacks were no elevator and some rooms do not have a microwave. Overall this is a great place to stay.”

“We stayed at this Hyatt with a hockey team for a local tournament. The location was great, the hotel was clean, modern and the staff was amazing! Breakfast was wonderful. I do have to make a special shout out to the manager Wanda who went above and beyond. She is an excellent asset to this hotel. She is a positive person and even came in on her day off to check in on everything. We will definitely stay here again!Rooms: Clean modern rooms with kitchens.Food & drinks: Hot breakfast with ample options, bar in the evening.Noteworthy details: Nice lobby area with fireplace and bar. Outdoor basketball and pool.”

“This review is for the Extended Stay of America (Located @ 46001 Waterview Plaza Sterling, VA 20166).I stayed at this hotel for a week, and everything went well. Had absolutely no issues and it was easy making the reservation thru the extended stay america (ESA) app. When you login you're able to get the member program discounted rate and you can view all your booking info / check in / check out details all in one place. Shazia M, the hotel general manager is 100% the best management of any establishment I have ever visited. She is very caring & helpful that she provided me with tips/advice about dealing with the stress/worries that traveling & being away from home brings about. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel for any amount of stay and thanks again for your time & help. :)”

“Where do I even start? After going through a terrible experience with a nearby Marriott (Fairfield Inn Herron Reston) I ended up at this location by booking it last minute. The person on the other end of the phone was ALISIA !! The purpose of my travel was very sensitive and of course she didn’t know that but her service, her attitude, her spirit and her kindness changed my entire day that left both of us hugging in tears! I’m so glad that I stayed here. This woman deserves an excellent performance evaluation. I hope she receives the recognition that she truly is so deserving of. I hope to receive a survey from Marriott to let them know about their employee Alisia.”

“Very well-maintained rooms, lobby, backyard and grill area. They offer breakfast in the morning, but fresh coffee and tea are there all day across from front desk. I had several extra requests for blankets and other stuff, and they had everything. The customer service is great!Want to add that the location is great if flying to Dulles. They have a free airport shuttle, and an easy metro ride to Washington DC.Rooms: Four of us had nice amount of space in this two bedroom and two bathroom suite with full kitchen. It’s an apartment, not a hotel room. Amazing.”

“January 2024:Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight out of Dulles Airport. Check in was fast and smooth. The rep thanked me for having a Platinum status with Marriott. That's always a nice recognition.Location is great. They offer a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes (top of the hour and half past), but I ended up keeping my rental car ?. So I didn't need the airport shuttle.Rooms were spacious and clean. I had a king size bed. Thankfully, they also had king size pillows! (It always surprises and frustrates me when hotels provide standard size pillows with a king size bed.) Bed was very comfortable. Sheets were clean! ?Bathroom is large with an excellent shower. I like how they have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers. Hotels that use the little bottles unnecessarily add to the overall world waste. ?HVAC was good. Much quieter than other hotels that I've stayed in.My only complaint of the room is that I can hear people in the hallways. Walls and doors may be on the thinner side.Went down to the bar on the first floor and grabbed a burger and fries. It was very tasty. Beer selection was light. Only had two beers on tap. Perhaps they were in the process of switching kegs over.Parking is $15 per night for self park. Not too bad.Would definitely consider staying here again. Even if I was going to work at Reston.”

“This is a good place to stay if you want to be in the town for easy walking access to the downtown area. Rooms are nothing special but functional. You will hear people in adjacent rooms if that is a concern. If you register online you get a free breakfast which was quite good.”
“Nice clean, quiet stay near dulles Airport. Easy hr drive to Arlington and DC. I avoided all the tolls. This place has free hot breakfast, eggs, sausage patties, potato, toast, bagel, cereals, milk, juices, coffee, waffles with toppings. Couldn't complained. Also has a mini shop for drinks, beers, frozen dinners which I had a few, snacks. My son forgot his toothbrush. They gave him a free one. Would definitely stay here again if visiting DC area. Nothing is in walking distance except across street to holiday Inn where they have a bar/restaurant (O'Malley's) which wasn't bad.
After reading other reviews about staff, I have say I had no issues with them. All Friendly. Breakfast staff was nice, front desk was nice. Fast check in. No problems at all. And for all the vegans crying about no vegan options, go to a fancy vegan hotel if you want that. Never seen a low budget hotel offering that. Eat the fruits that's available, or eat the grass next time.”

“Tru hotels are for people that normally stay at Hiltons but just need a quick hotel. If you're so tired you will fall asleep as soon as your head hits the pillow, Tru is for you. No frills. Simple. Heay doors. But service is outstanding. Everyone is so helpful.”
