“This is my go-to home depot. The staff is very helpful and the store itself is very well maintained. I highly recommend getting the app to find item locations to save on them.
I mainly come in for lumber and 5gal water refills and they are always well stocked.
I also prefer the layout of this store compared to others, such as the Fairfax or Leesburg locations.
Their are 4 self check out lanes and physical credit card is required.”
“It's almost been a year and we're still so in love with the kitchen My Kitchen & Bath helped create for us. We did a complete renovation, including opening it up to the dining room which required taking out an "L" shaped wall. They were courteous and respectful throughout the process, especially with any snags we hit along the way. Between those moments and the ones in which they ensured little details were appropriately covered, we felt relieved we had chosen this company. Probably the most notable was a manufacturing issue we had with one of our cabinets; the team continued to try to amend this until they were able to fix it appropriately. “Tractor Supply in Poolesville Maryland has the best selection of farm and agricultural supplies available. From Fruit trees to dog food and everything in between, there is an aisle for your needs. The staff greets you as you enter the front door and they can even help you with loading your supplies in your vehicle. They take customer service to another level at Tractor Supply!”

“I had a TV mount sitting for an embarrassingly long time waiting to have my new OLED TV hung on the wall. I finally resolved that I wouldn't be trying to hang this beast myself and reached out to Mr. TV Mount. I was initially a little put off by needing to place a $50 deposit for the appointment, but man did I bet right. I was quickly contacted by Sam from Mr. TV Mount to set up an appointment, and he kept me in the loop the whole time, even offering to move it up if we were available as they'd had a cancellation. Today was our install and Choi (sorry if misspelled) came with an assistant and did amazing work. It didn't take long to be very sure of my decision. Choi had all of the right tools and definitely the know-how. He quickly reviewed the install and confirmed particulars with me and got to work. It was all done in less than an hour and every speck of mess was cleaned and my TV was looking pretty great up off the stand and mounted to the wall. Adding in the routing of the cables behind the wall was a GREAT addition. All in great support and coordination and fantastic work from Choi and his assistant. Will use again for the next time!”
“Rodrigo was so helpful in finding what I needed for new flooring. He was super patient and knowledgeable. I was able to take a few samples home to make sure they matched with my cabinets and was able to narrow down and find what I needed with Rodrigo’s help.”
“It's a Home Depot...I mean, not sure what more to say. I've frequented this location so many times I can't count them. The return counter can be slow at times; but once you engage with the staff, they definitely help you out! The isles are good, the selection is good, the pricing is good. I've also used their appliance department and installation...good work, no complaints. I'm partial to the Ryobi One tool series, so they get my power tool business. I'm an bit of a DIYer, so they usually get my random material, hardware, and hand tool business too. I do wish the return policy for building materials was longer...since sometimes projects can take a long time to start, and of course finish...so ability to return unopened, unused surplus after 30/60/90 days would be most welcome. Other than that, again, no complaints.”

“This location is so clean and the staff are always willing to answer questions. This is hard to find in other places sometimes. Eric in appliances was kind enough to greet us and came over just to offer help if we needed it and say hi to our pups. That is just wonderful customer service. We have to rent a tool soon and definitely going to try to use this Lowes”

“Very patient staff in the garden center. I forgot my wallet and had to use Taft to pay which I haven't used many times. Took me quite a while after some declines in payment but the register associate was very patient.
Great availability of products also when you go online it maps too availability.”

Note: It would be great if you add which product is in which aisle in website and application. I can see in the Depot, but still it would helpful to reach product in less time. Home Depot is huge to walk.”
