I'm not sure what's been going on at the pharmacy the last few years, but it seems that often they can't find my prescription (though the automated system had called to say it was there) or something else goes wrong.

The pharmacy is incredibly frustrating to deal with; their staff appears careless about your prescription, consistently ignores phone calls, and often promises a specific pickup date only for you to discover they haven't even placed the order.

This Giant is challenging due to the high prices and understaffing, Waited for 15 mins for assistance in the bakery. I went to front of the store and asked to buy a coconut cake. Office person announced for bakery assistance over loud speaker. ...crickets....Apparently it's not manned on Sundays? Oh well Giants Loss HT gain. The store front is dirty. Not a fan of this store.

They recently changed the store hours to close at 10 so I try going when I get off work at 9:30 and this entire week they routinely closed 10-15 minutes early for some reason. Close at the posted time please not 15 minutes early!

Even on Thanksgiving day, the crew here does a great job. Always good selection, our go-to for almost everything. Clean, plenty of stocked items, friendly staff, what else can I say about a grocery store.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 star I would. They never have your prescription ready so you always have to wait 30 minutes to an hour when you get there. The pharmacist turns the phones off so even if you try to call up there you won’t get through to anyone. They are constantly misplacing prescriptions and claiming they never got them after my doctor sends them in. I will have to go back several times then they magically “find” it. Do not go here.

We have used this pharmacy for over 11 years only changing once when our medical policies favored another pharmacy but jumped back as soon as we could.The pharmacists are great however clearly this location needs more experienced staff that we thought it had in place for years. New employees are taking too long to find prescriptions. I had to wait 20 minutes for 1 yesterday and just gave up. No one calls anymore to let you know a prescription isn’t covered so you can call around using a drug discount card and then you have to call around to find your own alternative pharmacy and arrange for them to call yours to transfer prescriptions. Before that would have been done once you identified where it was available.With the job market tough to keep good people, I hope this situation gets better soon . This Giants has been great for holding large covid vaccinations for communities and I hope it gets back to being the fast and reliable pharmacy it once was.

Just terrible. No one answers the phone. If they accidentally do, they put you on hold without even getting an ok, and leave you there, never to return. Over and over again. I've never dealt with a ph. this bad. Ever.

I was pleasantly surprised on my Saturday visit with pharmacy worker KAREN. I came in for covid tests, She worked at getting it paid for by my insurance, apologized that I had to wait while her and the pharmacist got them approved and then thanked me for coming! I hope Giant appreciates her as much as I did and maybe make her employee of the year! Customer service like this from a pharmacy is very rare!

My wife and I visited the pharmacy for our booster shots and were very impressed with Dalia, a young lady behind the counter. She was very friendly, accommodating, and prompt. I could not see her face on account of her mask but I could feel she was smiling through her voice. The lady who administered the shots was equally polite, professional, and friendly. Thank you both.

No one answers the phone and they are either understaffed or staffed by very incompetent people. My doctor had to call my prescription in to them 3 times before they finally listened to her message! And they would only let her leave the prescription as a message and wouldn't just take her call when they answered. Said they would call me back when my prescription was ready for pick up but didn't and I had to sit on the phone listening to ot ring for almost 5 minutes before someone answered.Went back for my refill and they were rude! Couldn't even take a minute to answer a question about prescription savings coupons even though I was the only customer there. I repeatedly said it was fine if it didn't work, but was just asking and rather than ring me up the pharmacy just aggressively argued with me that she didn't know what I was showing her.

I've just started using this pharmacy and they are terribly understaffed. But worse some of the staff they do have are very aggressive and rude. I'm not an expert in medicine or health insurance, but they have no interest in answering even one question and will rudely get aggressive even after you say it's fine and you'll figure it out later. Hopefully they don't give me a hard time transferring my prescription elsewhere.

Terrible store. Manager is non existent. Customer service at corp headquarters is equally as bad. Last Saturday there were a group of children ages 10 to 12 were having races with the grocery carts IN the grocery store. They were pushing each other in the carts racimg up and down the aisles. I went to the front desk to complain because they almost ran down a woman who was using a walker. The woman at the front desk told me there was nothing they could do, corp told them to leave the children alone. will never go into that store again and I tell everyone not to patronize that Giant. We live close to two Wegmans and three Harris Tetters. We in Ashburn have many other choice!!! Also Harris Tetter gives senior discounts.

Dismal service, was told to wait 45 minutes to come back and then be told they haven’t started the prescription yet. Exceptionally rude pharmacist. I would absolutely avoid using this pharmacy at all costs
