Great place to get a car wash. Staff are friendly and you have unlimited use of the vacuum and compressed air afterwards. Great idea.

Always still bugs on the front of my truck, wheel wash in mid package doesn't remove brake dust at all, and no way to wash mats. Can't even use spicket on building to rinse them. Told they just don't offer that service and to use degreaser but there's still no way to rinse them after? I watched a member cancel her service because of this. Please make an area to wash mats or buy one of the mat washing machines your competitors use. This place is going downhill fast. What a shame.

I was using the vacuum and the whole thing came down and broke my back windshield I claimed it and now they called my and saying it got denied by insurance . I will never go there Bad management and bad company.

No one was there to shine tires and wipe water from car wash... I guess every Flagship car wash places are different.

Went here yesterday at 330PM to wash my car and not a single staff member in site, they placed black cones in front of the drive through to block cars from entering. No signs, no nothing. Isn't the first time that this happened either.

Drove all the way to this specific location (from 30 minutes away) that I've been to multiple times before and they wouldn't allow me to use it because I have a rack on the back of my truck. Same rack I've had all the other times I've come here. No good reason as to why offered either. I've been sitting on hold for about 15 minutes to talk to a manager to ask what the issue is since I couldn't find one to talk to inside the office. Hopefully I can find another car wash that is willing to take my money.

Enjoyed free vacuum, they kept wet towels to wipe & adding more frequently, clean area, enough slots, not very busy, Good pressured air to dust out filters etc…

At Pipeline Plaza Flagship Carwash They are SCAMMING people. I went there on April 18 for the cheapest exterior wash for $14; paid with my Credit Card. Yesterday (July 19) I saw on my mobile Bank app an amount of $26.99 paid to this carwash. On scrolling further down I saw that they had stolen $14.49 on May 18 and again $26.99 in June and $26.99 in July. Upon calling them they said I had enrolled in their monthly unlimited carwash program. I said I had not enrolled in any such program and had handed over my credit card to pay for just that 1 wash in April. So clearly they had used my card details to Scam me every month. They rudely refused to pay me back the amounts they had stolen from my account. And I’m not the only person who has been scammed by this business.

What services you can do are limited by locations abilities. Not all perform inside service. A few locations have had malfunctioning machines that were not in service. Over all I am happy with their service and the many locations, I just feel that they may need to implement a maintenance schedule for their heavily used equipment in their wash lanes in particular. I use their service on 3 of my vehicles on a weekly basis is not more. That is 3 separate subscription per month.

I just went here to get my car washed, but the machine wouldn’t accept cash, which was all I had on me. The cost was $14, but I only had a $10 and a $20 bill. The manager said he could take my $20 but couldn’t give me change. Essentially, they expected me to lose six dollars just to get a car wash because their machine wasn’t working properly.
In my line of work in the service industry, if my machine wasn’t working and I didn’t have change, I'd ask the customer to give me $10, and I'd cover the rest myself, rather than expecting them to pay an extra six dollars due to our mistake. Why would I spend $20 on a car wash where I have to vacuum my own car? They don’t even provide supplies to clean the windows. I’ll just drive to Leesburg or Sterling for a full-service car wash where I can get my car washed, vacuumed, and the windows cleaned for $20.
