My boyfriend and I waited at the front for 10 minutes, no one came out. We could hear people in the back so he knocked on the door, a few minutes later a guy came out of the back. He didn’t say anything at all, so I asked if he knew if they where hiring. He just said no and stood there. So we just said thank you and left.Well. I guess they should be hiring if there’s not even enough people to put one up front. Plus, their employees should be much more polite to customers.

Don’t have anything shipped on a holiday second time I’ve used them and they didn’t deliver my order to my mom on mother’s day. Now I look like a bad son as well as making her look outside to see if any packages came in. I call Monday to see where the edibles are at and she tells me that it is still in transit. She offered to still send it out by Tuesday but I don’t understand the point of that. Aweful internal communication with their delivery team. On a holiday if you are charging a minimum of 80-90 bucks per edible arrangement. I suggest at-least you get it delivered on the right day. It is as simple as looking at the orders and making sure you have an ample amount of drivers to get them shipped out. They are nice on the phone but it doesn’t matter when you are looking like a fool to your family relatives.

Honestly surprised by the amount of 1 stars but also noticed a majority of 1 star reviews ranging from 11 months to a year ago. (NOT all but most). I've never had a bad experience here or had trouble getting someone to answer. I've also never ordered online or had it delivered so I can't speak on that, however, if you visit the store in person I've always received exceptional professional service with my order being both correct and ready ontime.

I received an arrangements this past weekend. It was wonderful experience from the begining. Since the moment i talked to Anna-she took my order with a wonderful customer service experience. The fruit was delicious, fresh , cold and tasted great. Ive read some negative reviews before i ordered it and mentioned it to Anna and she said that they took over the store as owners a couple of months ago and are trying to improve an excellent customer service store back up. Definitely coming back for more..

Not sure about some of the negative reviews but I was very happy with the arrangement that friends sent me for my bday. Delivery person was very nice and the chocolate covered strawberries were out of this world.

I ordered my sister a large Get Well arrangement for $78 two days ago. She did get it today on time but it was in a Valentine’s tin instead of the one pictured and was missing all of the Pineapple. For the amount of money I spent this is very disappointing. If they didn't have pineapple they could have at least put something else or extra in there.

We called and they sent us a new box, wrong AGAIN!They only sent strawberries and pineapples this time when we were supposed to get pretzels, graham crackers and oreos as well.The worst is when I bite the pineapple one I got an apple stump from it. Such a joke. I hope they will give us a refund. So unprofessional, specially when it comes to gifts, it’s embarrassing.

They only sent strawberries and pineapples this time when we were supposed to get pretzels, graham crackers and oreos as well.

Going above and beyond! I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery. When I called to confirm the order, they gave me the 2hr window it would be delivered. Unknown to me, my dad, who is turning 75, decided to walk to a local restaurant during the delivery time. The driver, Mario, called me to state that no one was at the address. Since it was food and balloons I didn’t want Mario to leave it on the doorstop, so I asked if he wouldn’t mind delivering it to the restaurant down the street. He happily said “no problem, just send me the address”. Within minutes the arrangement and balloons were delivered to my dad while he ate a celebratory meal. It was unintentionally perfect and it was because of the kindness of Mario. Thank you!
