Highly Recommended!! The moving team was very professional. Interior carpets were covered before anyone walked on them. The team helped me unpack, and after they were done, removed the boxes and packing materials. One very small item was mixed in with the trash (my fault) - but once I alerted the company, they held the trash, located the item, and mailed it back to me!

We recently hired Brauns to handle our local multi-phase move, to include their packing and storage services. We could not be more pleased that we chose Brauns, and everyone we encountered from the time of the estimate to scheduling to execution has been lovely, efficient, and thorough. A special shout out to Juan and his crew who handled the packing and actual move—they were amazing!

Our removal goods were loaded onto another ship and reached the port of Bremerhaven 3 weeks late.The two transporters from Bremerhaven to our house were exceptionally good. This was not caused by the transport, but by improper packaging by the "experts". I then had the damage determined and tried to assert a claim. Der Auftrag bestand in packen und laden, Transport von Hausstand und KFZ von USA nach D und dort wieder entladen und auspacken.Die Firma war nicht die preisguenstigste, dennoch haben wir uns fuer sie entschieden.Eigentlich ist es eine sehr gute Spedition, wenn da nicht die kleinen aber bedeutenden Aergernisse waeren.Als erstes wurde mal nach der Auftragserteilung der Preis um $500 erhoeht, mit der Begruendung die Reederei haette die Preise erhoeht. Kann man nicht nachpruefen, muss man halt akzeptieren.Die Arbeiter waren sehr puenktlich und sehr freundlich. Als ich den Vorarbeiter darauf hinwies, dass er ein Moebelstueck wohl demontieren muesse, da es nicht durch die Tuer passen wuerde, bekam ich nur die Antwort, sie seien die Experten.Eingegriffen hab ich dann, als sie begannen die Haustuer auszubauen!Schlussendlich half die Demontage des Moebels doch. Aergelich war , dass ich zu spaet entdeckt habe, das sie bei der Aktion die Sturmtuer beschaedigten, aber dazu kein Wort sagten.Obwohl genaue Abhol- und Auslieferungsdaten festgelegt waren, erhielt ich die Info dass das Schiff mit Verspaetung starten wuerde. Heute kann Corona natuerlich als Entschuldigung herhalten. Unser Umzugsgut wurde auf ein anderes Schiff geladen und erreichte den Hafen in Bremerhaven mit 3 Wochen Verspaetung.Die beiden Transporteure von Bremerhaven zu unserem Haus waren einigartig Klasse. Wenn es die Option gaebe Mitarbeiter separat zu bewerten, diese beiden verdienten 10 Steren.Trotzdem, beim Auspacken mussten wir mit Entsetzen feststellen, das ein fuer uns bedeutender Artikel zerstoert war.
