I worked with Arnel Angeles and has fantastic experience with him. He had solved my return wire problems and managed to had it go thru after it returned. He has been helping me for the last 2 years with delegency and good spirit.

Arnel Angeles is awesome! I was there just for a free service of notarization. Mr. Angeles did not only provide professional service, but also made me feel I was a welcomed friend. He had been super patient, and even delayed his lunch time to help me out. The management team was great too (Mr. Angeles' managers and also the duty manager in the lobby, sorry I don't know your names) It's the first time I felt lucky to be a BoA customer. I think every BoA branch needs a staff like Mr. Angeles, and a management team like the one in this branch.

I am very unimpressed by the customer service at this branch. It seems to be impossible to reach this branch via the telephone, and they have no capacity to leave messages. In person, the front-line staff seem incapable of performing all but the most mundane tasks. This inability to comply with a customer's request is also usually accompanied by an adolescent giggle and an insincere apology.The ATM is also frequently out of order.

I went many times with no success in opening an account until I met with my moms banker arnel who got me an account open almost immediately if you do go to this location I suggest you ask for arnel best worker and very smart guy.

One of the worst locations I have been to. They are slow as can be, never open past 4pm, and lack of customer care is unbelievable. Management needs to do a thorough sweep of this location. I literally stood in line for 25 mins while 2 tellers waited on a line of 7 people. What made it worse was the fact that there were personal bankers and other staff free.

Above and beyond excellent customer service from the branch staff - Kati (manager), Arnel (Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist), Sally, Qudsia and Shafia. They’re extraordinarily great people who took the extra, extra miles to show personal interest and identify my needs from the moment I walked into the bank to finding the solutions for what I needed, and I’m very satisfied and grateful for the great service from the team. Going the extra mile and making more effort than expected speaks more about the good work from this branch Bank of America branch staff.
