I have called them at least 6 times in the past 3 weeks during business hours. I have left multiple voicemails to the receptionist and have not heard back. If they can’t even answer their phones I can’t even imagine how bad their customer service is. Taking my business elsewhere.

I wanted to find a CPA with great reviews after a couple of bad experiences. When problems from a previous year's return started affecting this year's return, Tariq and Olivia spent a tremendous amount of time helping me clear up the issue. It was quite a relief to get that piece of mind!

Within minutes of reaching out, Jordan Glaze had responded and set up a time for an initial meeting. During the meeting, Jordan answered all of my questions clearly and concisely. She also introduced me to one of the partners, Tariq, who was also phenomenal. I did not hesitate to engage Wendroff. Jordan and the rest of her team are the epitome of professionals, well acquainted with everything tax and as collegiate as it gets. Every call I have with Jordan, I feel more confident that I selected the right company. So far, the team has been remarkable and exactly what a business owner would look for in tax accountants.

I tried calling them to book an appointment. They asked a few questions and then literally hung up on me mid-sentence. I then tried to call back twice and didn't get an answer.
Alot of the Yelp reviews say this same thing happens to them. It sounds like they're not interested in new clients.

My wife and I have been extremely pleased with the services of Wendroff and Associates. Not only did they do a great job on a complex tax return for 2022, they were also instrumental in helping get an IRS tax penalty abated from another tax year in which our accountant at that time filed late without informing us. They have been very prompt and professional throughout our dealings with them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
