I contracted Phoenix Movers to help me survive my move this summer. Without going into too many details, I can tell you that they are professionals. They listen and they address should you have any issues. Any mover will help you move, what matters to me is that if something goes wrong, how does one address that situation.
During our move, I was impressed with the care they took to wrap our stuff and the care with which they carried the stuff in and out of the houses. Honestly, I have seen movers struggle with my all wood heavy couches. Phoenix Movers took a moment and thought about how they will handle the couch and took it out the door in one swift move. Raul knows what he does and is able to guide his team. Paulo is so dedicated and methodical, he put together my ikea bed without looking at the instructions.
I just want to thank Phoenix Movers to help me with my move and for addressing the closing issues to our satisfaction.

The Phoenix Movers have to be the best moving service in the DMV. They're very easy to get a quote from, and they're great at moving stuff. I would recommend them for any move.

I moved with them about 3 months ago, so I’ve had to time to unpack and inspect. Everything made it without damage. They were timely and efficient, and very nice. If I have to move again it’s them - I didn’t know moving could be so easy and affordable.

I hired Phoenix Movers for an apartment move and, although I hope not have to move again for a very long time, I would hire the company again without hesitation. Raoul and his colleagues not only made moving day a breeze, they also helped with packing the kitchen the day before. When they completed that task quickly, Raoul looked around and said, "We could pack your books, too." Yes! Total cost for packing and moving was reasonable, especially considering the level of expertise and friendly demeanor of the Phoenix team.

Phoenix Movers were great. Got things done quickly and were very careful. Wrapped up everything that needed protection. Staff were helpful & friendly. When putting our stuff in the new place they were very willing to set things up how we wanted & put boxes in particular rooms etc. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Have moved more times than I can count (within and beyond the U.S.) and The Phoenix Movers crew were the most professional, efficient, and prepared. They were respectful, pricing was reasonable, comms were good, and payment was smooth. They followed instructions, got from point A to B in decent time (especially at an hourly rate; even used toll), and navigated a HUGE truck well through a densely populated DC Metro Area setting. Based on this experience, would use them again and refer them to friends/fam.

These guys helped me out in a pinch after my closing got delayed and my original movers couldn't accommodate the new schedule. They were very communicative, on- time, friendly but professional, and immediately put me at ease, which as a single woman was important. They were careful with my items, moved efficiently but not recklessly, and were fun and easy to be around. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had a last-minute delayed closing, which pushed everything back, including my move. The movers I had lined up were not available in my new window, and they recommended Raoul and his team at Phoenix Movers. These guys were great! Raoul was super communicative the whole time, and they showed up on time, ready to roll, with dollys, carts, and mattress covers to help move the heavy things. They worked quickly and efficiently, but not recklessly, and I quickly felt at ease with them handling my items. I also felt very safe with all three of them - as a single woman in a big city, that's important to me. They were courteous and friendly, and the price at the end was exactly as agreed. I gave them each a tip, via Raoul, and one of the guys got back out of the truck at the end to come personally thank me. I really had a great experience. I would definitely recommend.

I cant express enough how effortless they made my move! This is the second time I am using Phoenix Movers for my move and I highly recommend them. Everything from carefully wrapping and transporting furniture, TVs to arranging everything strategically in my storage unit.Will never move without them again :)
