Very nice staff. Rooms clean and fresh. LOTS of places nearby. Primo location! No brekkies but their coffee is wonderful! They remove it though too early. It's 32 degrees outside at 3pm and I really would love a cup from the lobby! No coffeemaker in the room.Our room faced a wooded area nd we watched a red fox play around in the woods for about an hour. He/she was beautiful! Here is a pic,!

The hotel is not clean and is not very comfortable. The location, after walking 12 minutes, is good. The biggest problem is that the hotel did not charge the 50 dollars from my credit card. They asked for my credit card at the entrance and said it was for depositing shorts and that at the exit they would refund the 50 dollars, but they didn't.

I got into DC about 5pm. The person working the counter was really rude. The carpet in my room wasn't even and it felt really weird walking on it. The fitness area was a joke!!! The size auf the room was maybe half the size of our hotel room.The only good thing about the hotel is that it's very close to Washington DC and Arlington national cemetery.

Great location out of some of the hustle and bustle of downtown DC. We found our room was a good price without the extras. Parking was free and felt safe. Don't expect in room coffee, ice, or breakfast. There was a microwave and fridge which suited our needs fine. The room was a little dated, but the towels and bedding were very comfortable and luxurious.

Solid hotel - clean, functional. Everything you need, but not much beyond the basics. No real lobby, no breakfast, room a little old. But everything is clean, everything seems to work, good location near metro and staff is helpful.

No coffeemaker in room, burned out lamp bulbs, soda machines sold out, but the staff were polite and the bed was comfortable.Noteworthy details: Decor in hotel and rooms honor American Soldiers at Iwo Jima.

Was here for work this week. The parking lot is very rough and small. There is a parking garage but it's not great either. If you rent a car pay the damage insurance if you're parking here, you'll need it. The mattresses are super old and worn out. The rugs are disgusting. I was not willing to take my shoes off in the space. It was disgusting. The worst part is the door said a noon checkout and they started harassing me to leave at 11:05 while I was literally packing up to leave. Come to find out the paperwork says 11am. I got confused and left ten minutes late because of the door. It took a big argument to avoid having to pay a late fee. Maybe if they kept the signage on the door up to date and accurate people wouldn't get confused. I would not stay at this location ever again even for business.

Old hotel yet clean and has everything you need. Good price and location. We will come back if we travel to Washington DC or Arlington.Rooms: Old but clean and spacious.Comfortable bed.

Ok location but the walk to Metro is noticeable.The hallway has a toilet smell.No kitchen or anything fresh to buy and eat.Other than that everything is good.

We arrived late, and were expecting what the pictures look on the website, but they were deceiving. We were greeted with friendly service but the rooms were not updated, the sheets were wrinkled and not sure what was the spot on them was. The house keeping only change/clean room when requested. Carpet needed clean since there were rips. No breakfast which was hard due not many restaurants near by the hotel.It was very quite even though it look like in urbanized neighborhood. I would say it would be a great place if the building and rooms were updated. We didn’t used the gym or pool because of the location and not sure. We book it due to the close to metro, but could not figure out the location.

The best time of the building is over. You can really tell that nothing is being invested there anymore. The location for visiting Washington with the Metro is perfect. Parking is free.

Great location, reasonable price, free parking, clean.10 minutes walk to metro, 10 minutes walk to two supermarkets, 45 minutes walk to Lincoln Memorial.30-40 minutes to main attractions.

This is a good spot for quick night sleep. The best thing about this hotel is the location. The parking lot is small and tight to park outside. The rooms are just a notch up from the status of a motel?. Front desk staff was ok, they did their job (nothing extra). No breakfast, but again the location; Target was in walking distance.If you are looking for affordable and solo safe this is good. This hotel is not pretty but it will do for a quick night sleep.Rooms: It's like your child's room that just tidy up. But could use a deep cleaning.Nearby activities: Arlington cemetery, Washington DCWalkability: Very walkable
