I don't typically like mattress shopping because I hate to feel pressured by sales staff, however, this experience was totally different. Kimberly took the time to understand why we were interested in the sleep number and our individual needs. She was knowledgeable (there was not a single question that she didn't know!), friendly, and patient as we took the time to try different models. She was available for text and phone calls after we left to make sure we had all the information that we needed to make a decision. At the end, we purchased the split king, i8 360 smart bed, pillows, sheets & the mattress cover.
