Second time since moving to new location ATM has been broken. Need more branches in the area or to refund foreign ATM fees if you can’t have working machines

Awesome overall experience. The teller, Ayman, is attentive and helpful. Alex has gone above and beyond to help in multiple ways since I joined Citizens last year. Taz is very knowledgeable, and takes a very personalized approach in his financial planning advice. Could not recommend Citizen’s Bank more.

They were the only bank that did not hassle me about guardianship paperwork. Bank of America froze my account by accident and Chase across the street didn’t know what they were doing. I wish they had Saturday hours but the other low ratings seem kind of unhinged.

They wouldn’t break any $20s from their atm into smaller bills even though I paid the atm fee. They said I had to join and I said I would join and then said no I couldn’t because they didn’t think I was going to be a long term customer.

No teller. Directed to use a machine which didn’t really work. Seems Citizens is trying to make customers use automated systems and not talk to a real person. Location is new so may improve and have more availability of a real person but if not I can’t see myself keeping my accounts with Citizens.

I transferred money from one account to another. The money was deducted from my citizens account twice, but only added to my other account once.The branch manager Srijan Singh had no idea what to do. She wanted to file a claim and read to me what she saw on her screen. When I asked questions or said, that doesn't apply to my situation, she said didn't know anything except what she was reading on the screen in front of her.And I'm still trying to figure out how to get my $750 back.

I literally brought in a citizens bank payroll check and told the teller multiple times I need the funds available ASAP. Apparently didn’t hear a word I said and proceeded to tell me that the bank needs 24 hours to verify the check even though it was a citizens bank check. Thanks again Citizens bank for nothing. This teller just cost this bank a business account and private checking accounts.

I had an appointment to close my account (we moved three hours away and there isn’t a branch next to us). The teller was very helpful and efficient. She was very friendly and understanding. The place was nice, clean and modern.
