We furnished several rooms in our historic home and are generally pleased with the quality from EA. However, service after the sale is poor and does not meet expectations of a store of EA's caliber. Two of our chairs had minor design errors that EA admits to. We've been ghosted for several months trying to get this rectified. Very disappointed.

We have had a wonderful experience with Ethan Allen in Arlington, VA. Our design consultant is Christine Rhodes. She is terrific and sees the job through to completion. She has a good eye for design and colors, great attention to detail, and an excellent helpful nature. She responded quickly to our questions and was available when we needed her. We will continue to work with Christine Rhodes.

Waited for my sofa for almost 5 months. Finally, when it was delivered, it was wrong in size and color. After talking to a couple of different representatives@Claredon office, including the manager over a period of one month, I was promised again and again that they will get back to me with solutions. Weeks later, still waiting. Very disappointed.

Ordered a bed frame in August and they said it will come in 5 weeks. In 3 weeks they delivered the bed frame with a broken part (middle support?) and they went ahead and took my money from my card while the bed frame was just sitting in the bedroom undone. Last week they came back with wrong sized part asking if we want them to just cut the part half so it fits anyway. Like what the? Now it's been 2 months and it's still not done. Had I known it would take this long I would have chosen the colour I actually wanted instead of choosing one that will be ready earlier. Or just buy one from another shop. If it was 200 dollar Ikea furniture I wouldn't care. But for the price I paid I expected better service and product quality. A lot of parts that actually came look not so new. Super disappointed with this purchase. If I bought Ikea at least I wouldn't be sleeping on the floor for 2 months now.

Susan Spence helped me select furniture for a dining room, family room and bedroom for a beach house....throughout the entire process she was knowledgeable, patient and listened to what I wanted and provided options to consider. The end result is stunning.....she created a serene environment for my family to enjoy! I highly recommend her and the Arlington store for any furniture needs.

Antoinette is an amazingly talented designer! She helped us furnish our townhome in 2018 and when we moved to a new home this summer with more rooms to fill we knew exactly who to call. She understands our style perfectly and picked such beautiful pieces that all tie together so well. Would recommend that anyone contact her to make their dream home come to life!

The furniture is excellent the style is beautiful we love it but the delivery process is a disaster we waited almost a year for dining table chairs we ordered so much of furniture but everything was delayed they tell you it’s three months but it came after six months a year this is the only bad thing about this but the rest is perfect Suzanne Spencer amazing person who guided us in our furniture ….
