Overall Enterprise Rent-A-Car did a good job. The car was clean and drove well. The reason I can only give 3 stars is when my wife picked up the car it was almost empty. She did not notice until after she left the location. She had to quickly get gas. That is not what I would expect from Enterprise. I have used them in the past and this has never been an issue so I am hopeful this is a one time mistake and not a sign of service going down hill.

I took my car to a dealership who offered Enterprise rental cars and during the process I agreed to purchase the Enterprise insurance for $18.00 a day. The next afternoon the dealership informed me that my car was ready. When I received the invoice I noticed that I was billed for 2 days but the dealership was only billed for 1 day. I called the office and was informed that the insurance is charge after 24 hours has lapsed. That is very good information but I wasn't informed for that fact when I rented the car. Please look at thoroughly explaining the insurance policies. The car it self was clean and functioned perfectly.

The representative got in the car and checked the fuel. He said it had a full tank of gas. After digitally initialing and signing the paperwork, I got in the car and noticed the fuel was already at 7/8 full. I took a picture of the fuel level and the time because they have done this to me before. I drove the car for 7 miles and brought it back with the same amount of gas. They later charged me to fill up the car to a get a full tank.

I was charged 3.50 for 1 gallon of gas!!! I have returned cars to American Service Center Mercedes loaner program forgetting to refuel and it was excused. I have been getting loaners for over 6 yrs and NEVER was charged for gas. The newer cars gas gauge make it difficult to know where the gas should be because there are no lines. I am going to stop servicing my car there and using the loaners because this was petty and I am disappointed in the service I received.

I've rented from Enterprise for years, both when I travel, and when I need a car locally - mostly from the Ballston location in Arlington VA. I've never had a bad experience. My most recent rental from Arlington was in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic (my car was in the shop for a week, but I needed transportaion to/from work) - they were fast and courteous as always, as well as maintaining social distancing and wearing masks, I even got a free upgrade!

I rented a car for a weekend. I was given a Mercedes SUV. It was a simple pick up and drop off. The car was clean and fun to drive. The staff was very good.

(Initially the )Most Terrible customer service. Over 2 months ago I reserved a vehicle for a special trip, I picked it up right before closing. Very soon after I discovered the cruise control was not working, which is basically required on a 14 hour trip. I called back first thing in the morning and explain to Ryan what my issue was. Ryan was rude and uninterested in my problem. He told me that if I wanted a diff vehicle, I would need to "call around to other locations in the area." UM EXCUSE ME?!?! When I asked Ryan why this was my responsibility, he HUNG UP THE PHONE. I called back, and asked for a manager, he refused to refer me the manager, and yells at me and says that "I offered you a minivan!" AND THEN HE HUNG UP AGAIN. I normally alway use Enterprise for my rentals, but this experience was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. ### update after unloading all my stuff I returned to this location and they kindly got me a new vehicle. I appreciate very much the gentleman who helped me

Got a Mercedes-Benz GLC-300 as a loaner compliments of the dealership while my own car was in service. Was very excited at first, bc I own a GLC myself - and love it!! A dream car. BUT..This one was a horrible nightmare. The driver’s door let out a loud, ear-splitting screech when I tried to open it. The left-side mirror did not fold. The driver-assist sensors were out. The whole car smelled like a whole bunch of small animals had a diarrhea there before dying inside the car. When I brought the car back and complained to the manager, she calmly responded: “oh, we’ve known about these problems for a month already”. Duh??But wait, here’s the punch line: a month later, a get a phone call from Enterprise asking IF I STILL HAD THE CAR. Hello??? Ever heard of Records-keeping?? Awful experience.

Recently rented a car in another state, drove here to be with family. Car was cheap, with a $200 deposit. Put a table cloth down in the back seat and put my dog in...drove home. Took the car to this location, waited a few days for my deposit, got a fraction of it. Called them and they said they'd found dog hair in the car so kept most of the deposit. Called the location where I rented the car, told them the story, the guy laughed and said: "What a bunch of assholes", we'll send your deposit, don't worry about it. Enterprise is a good company, this location should be avoided. I'm also notifying the local Better Business Bureau.
