This location is managed poorly by people who just don't care. They tried to give me a car that had obviously been smoked in for quite some time. It wasn't even clean, and had no gas. I insisted on a non-smoking car (which they are ALL supposed to be) and had to be driven to a different location. The manager never even said "sorry." When I went to return the vehicle a week later, nobody was there! They just put a sign on the door that they were closed for the day- never tried to contact me as a customer to let me know. Major inconvenience on both ends and will NEVER rent from this terrible location again.

Not actually open. We've made 3 reservations with them the past year and all 3 have been cancelled and moved to other locations citing the location no longer in operation. Book elsewhere.

I have rented cars from this location multiple times, Jake is very professional and has outstanding customer service, definitely coming back since is so close to home and quick to rent and drop off.

The overbooking results in being told no cars are available, even after making a reservation the day before. Reservations have to be made two days ahead of time for the weekend or there is slim chance.

A month ago I have rent a car from them through the insurance company so I have to buy the security deposit which is was $100. So The the time that I was using the car I had flat tire and I fix the car out of my pocket and when I I returned the car . I was surprised they charge me $55 for road assistant charge witch is something that I have not used. I talked to the manager Susie and she refused to refund the amount and she wants me to bring receipts which I don’t have. Like she took the amount for no reason. She told me that the company policy. avoid this brush with all of the cost I have been an enterprise customer for 4 years and this the worst experience ever

A family emergency necessitated an immediate trip. We called the national 1-800 number and were given a reservation at a nearby Enterprise. On arrival, we were told they had “tried to call” us (despite the fact that we had neither received nor missed a call) and that there were no cars available. To their credit, the folks at the first Enterprise, on hearing our situation (family member was about to die of cancer and wouldn’t last the night), made calls and found us a car at a different Enterprise, to which they gave us a ride. Time was of the essence, though, and this added an hour to our trip.We needed to keep the car an extra day to attend the funeral, so we called to extend our reservation—only to find that we couldn’t extend it for one or two days because the parking garage hosting the second Enterprise closed at noon on Saturday, wasn’t open Sundays, and there was no way to do an after-hours return. They told us we could drop it at a different Enterprise location for a hefty fee, but we decided we might as well keep the car until Monday when we could return it to the parking garage, and thus get something for our money.I give one star rather than none because everyone we dealt with was polite. But I was very dissatisfied with the lack of organization and the policy of charging us a drop fee because the second Enterprise location (which we never wanted to go to in the first place) had very limited hours and didn’t accept after-hours returns. I’ll look elsewhere for my next car rental, and I encourage others to do the same.

I am so thankful for the Enterprise location! I've used them several times when I am in the area for work and every rental experience has been flawless. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the rates are very competitive. During the times o' COVID, they've been diligent about cleaning the cars, following mask and social distancing guidelines. I've even rented a car to run local appointments since it's safer than taking multiple public/shared rides. Highly recommend.Cheers!

I used to rent cars from Enterprise, I like the entire experience they have an excellent customer service. However, this time I wasn’t happy about the rented car as the previous renter was such a heavy smoker and I rented the car for a whole week with my family and it was awfully annoying for all of us since we are not smokers and we seriously got annoyed by the smell of the cigarette smoke. The whole car with the A/C was full of cigarette bad smell. We bought an Air freshener trying so hard to get rid of the smell but unfortunately we couldn’t get rid of it at all. I assumed that Enterprise staff clean up the rented cars right after they get back from customers and make sure it’s suitable for the next renters but it didn’t work well this time.

They will call your emergency contact just to double check that you’re still planning on returning the car at the time you contractually agreed to.
