My doctor recommended Carlin Springs Pharmacy after a surgery and I was so blown away by how efficient and personable they were that I switched all of my medications over to them. Both pharmacists, Michelle and Tram, consistently invest time and effort into making sure I am able to fill every prescription. When my insurance company They even help me gather the paperwork necessary for reimbursement from my insurance company. I highly recommend this little gem of a pharmacy!!!

Michelle was amazing! Her customer service skills certainly deserve complementing; she exceeded my expectations with filling the prescription that I needed.She took extra effort to find the best pricing and to arrange for the delivery very quickly. Carlin Springs pharmacy is awesome! I love the option to get things delivered to my house. The last two weeks I have been trying to navigate a prescription between my optometrist/insurance and Tram was SO incredibly helpful. They made sure I was aware of the issues and solutions and went above and beyond calling my insurance/Drs office to make sure everything was sorted.

I was worried that I was not going to get my drops in the mail in time for my upcoming surgery and Carlin Springs assured me that they would be mailing it out quickly, and sure enough I got it in the mail the next day. Thank you for your quick service.

Michelle is wonderful. There was a hold up with insurance, and she was able to get my medication out to me quickly, and talked me through how to use the medication. Very kind, staff, and quick turnaround. Highly recommend

I had medications that were over 300 dollars each. Michelle was very helpful in finding me better prices. She also explained on how and when to use them correctly. This is the best pharmacy I have ever had. Thank you for your kindness and dedication.

Would not recommendTrying to refill a prescription, they didn't give confirmation that they sent it and they hung up before I finished my question.Edit: When I went in person, they asked me about my review and said that their phones were down at some point so that might be why the phone dropped. I am 99% sure that wasn't the case as the rep on the phone was pretty dismissive. The pharmacy needs better employee training and should provide talk tracks if they want to maintain a level of professionalism and legitimacy. Not sure if that's what they're going for though as they told me they're a mom and pop pharmacy.Update April 2023;Tried to transfer my prescription but when my new pharmacy called them on two different days, the first time their phones were down (seems to be a common occurrence) and the second time they just don't pick up.
