This is the worst place to shop!! I am leaving this review because of Zemma! She is the store manager with no attention to detail and lack of engagement with her customers over Promises and fail to deliver! I purchased items worth a lot of money in person and ordered some, Zemma Promised that she will give me a call the personalize, the service once my item arrives after I disclosed my busy schedule with her. But Zemma failed to notify me. On the morning of 11/22 I called the store before sending my spouse to the store to pick up the items and I was told that they have the item and he can come and pick it up. Once he arrived, they told him that They will process a refund for me since I didn’t pick it up within 30 days. I communicated to the customer service lady that is in the store That I have been waiting for a call from Zemma the store manager To pick up the items, and I have never received anything. She called Zemma And Zemma seems not to care about it, and she said They will process a refund and once I receive my refund, I can come to the store and show them my refund. They want me to show them my bank account statement then I can purchase another item. I asked them why I cannot pick up the items since They have it and they have not processed the refund yet. They said I need to come to the store And give them my statement in order for them to assist me. I don’t know which planet they get the training from but as a store manager been this unprofessional Careless to your customers time energy and money is ridiculous! I have been to this store for years and years, and I have never had this kind of terrible and ignorant. Manager assisting me!

The girls are really nice! But BECARE FULL!!!they put the sign 50 % and I grabbed a few things and she stamped all final sales, I asked her why? she said it was her manager decision.I called the customer service, they have no ideas why and told I need to call store manager, I left and went to straight at Tyson corner center, I bought 2 leggings on sale and never stamped a final sales.some thing not right at pentagon city mall or They need to get together.

The manager their tonight who won't give you her name due to her rudeness but cashier73 galushka L cy86 speaks down to people when she could be speaking to the CEO's wife for all she knows - I almost didn't buy anything with the racist woman as she isn't concerned about the biz or the experience customers have So why would headquarters keep her will be my question I didn't but the rest of what I needed I will do it online as dealing with her made me throw up - it's all About her and I can see why these people are rating the store the way they do Ms muppet seems to really hate her job and not engaging w-customers appropriately when V she ask You need Help you feel as if She's speaking to you as your retarded!!!!!

I do not recommend to buy here. They are very rude. And the quality of the pants is very bad, after one wash my pants pretty much fell apart and when I came here to show them they treated me very poorly and told me there is nothing they can do, they just don’t care. I’m never coming back.

Well lit and excellent selection of women's seasonal wear. It's a small shop with one sales terminal so be ready to stand in a line. Staff are welcoming and do their best to give you discounts from current promotions. The store itself runs HOT (thermostat says 78 deg!) because of the many overhead bright lights. So be quick to shop but ready for the checkout.

The customer service was beyond my expectations! Everyone in the store was so nice and were so helpful with finding the right sizes for me. The manager, Antwuan I think was his name was so kind and a great sales man. He convinced me to buy 2 more leggings. Overall great experience

I just came to buy a swim suit and it was such a horrible experience. As soon as I walked in I could barley breathe because of the overbearing customer service. The employees were literally selling their clothes down my throat. I didn’t even get a chance to fully look around without them trying to sell something. I could really go on and on about how uncomfortable the whole process was. In the end I didn’t buy because I didn’t like the quality, and when I said bye the employee didn’t even respond. Never coming back here again unless your employees learn how to sell correctly.

First time in store and both the associates were so nice! They asked if I needed help but weren’t overbearing it was perfect. Great job from Antwon, he helped me make my first purchase!
