Definitely a great location by LYFT to anywhere you want to see. The place is old but it was quiet and relatively cheap considering the area's other hotels.Breakfast was a blessing every dayRooms: Need some maintenance on the bathroom hinges, the hot water was slow in arriving but that may have been because we were at the end of the hotelSafety: It is a rougher neighborhood when headed to some local places but you take a LYFT out of the neighborhood

The staff was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, we found a dead cockroach in the room and a hair on the toilet. I went back to the front desk with photos and we were immediately taken care of, and the manager made sure we were taken care of

Avis hôtel PentagonQue dire de cette expérience. La chambre était vielle mais surtout le problème est que la chambre était salle dès notre arrivée. La baignoire dans un piteux état. (Tv vieille). Les photos parlent d’elles mêmes.Le chauffage : une climatisation réversible. Bien mais des qu’on l’arrête il fait très froid et si on la laisse elle fait beaucoup de bruit pour dormirPersonne n’est venue faire la chambre ce n’est qu’à la 3 eme nuit que j’ai osé faire la remarque j’ai du dire à la femme de ménage quoi faire exactement .On m’a expliqué qu’il fallait faire la demande pour un passage en chambre , mais ça personne ne l’a dit à l’arrivée , vu le check in express et expéditif.Les employés de ménage et au petit déjeuné ne parlent que espagnol, impossible de se faire comprendre. Nous avons été choqué de voir que le petit déjeuner est de 7 am à 9am est que a 8h55 les femmes de services ferment la porte de la pièce où il y a le petit déjeuner. On a vraiment pas compris, des gens ont toqué pour avoir quelques choses mais rien à faire.Un hôtel que je ne referais clairement pas. Le seul avantage un prix moins élevé qu’au alentour mais vraiment on comprends pourquoi.Moralité je vérifierais toujours les hôtels avec les avis sur Google avant de réserver.

I checked in at 9 pm and walked into a dirty room with dust. The fridge didn’t work among several outlets. The controller to the tv didn’t work and there was evident water damage along the corner wall. When getting into bed there were bed bugs on the pillow. I notified front office who replied that the manager was not there until the morning and that the manager had inspected it Before check in. They acknowledged this was a known issue and offered me another room. I asked to inspect the other room and they said that was not Possible. I would just have to Blindly accept or let them know what I was deciding to do. I left the “hotel” at 11:30. I was denied a refund at that time. I have pictures and left the bed bug in a zip lock bag to the receptionist.

I stayed here on 4/6 - 4/7/2024. The location of this motel is very close to Washington DC. The hotel staff should expect that people travel from across the world to visit DC. The receptionists are highly impatient, rude and outright condescending to answer any questions you have. They treat you with “why are you even here - I have better things to do” kind of look when you approach. I for once cannot understand why do people who doesn’t have the passion and patience to perform a customer facing job even enroll for one.

Do NOT stay here! This place scams you out of the ridiculous deposit they have you put down for a run down, falling apart rooms! Nothing works in the room and it has mold & bugs everywhere in the rooms and in the breakfast area! They are complete & total liars! Charged my Mom for a late check out of $25 dollars when we were checked out & gone by check out time of 11am!! They lie about everything…. saying they ran out of breakfast food & coffee when you can see that they have refills for food in their storage area! Then lie & say you weren’t checked out by 11am and charge your credit card! Absolutely disgusting and shameful to lie and cheat the public out of money! Meanwhile the rooms are nasty….ceiling was falling down, the entire staircase fell down and they just used yellow tape to close it off instead of fixing it! They put zero money into this place and meanwhile charge the customers extra money for nothing! They are scammers and takers! Someone needs to investigate how they run this business and report them!

Gym is in the basement of the hotel…. TERRIBLE. The air quality is so bad/ I would not recommend breathing it.Rooms were okay, but not soundproof at all. One little noise you make and anyone and everyone can hear you inside your room! The cars were so loud and obnoxious, lots of people cutting through the hotel driveway to get to the other side of the street and LOTS OF HONKING….Everything is on a time limitation - gym is only 7a-9p. No public restroom/lobby bathrooms if you arrive earlier than expected.A plus side is they were able to hold onto our luggage while we killed some time until check in. And breakfast per usual is 7-9.

It was misleading that there was an outdoor pool, but it ended up being dirty and closed off. However, it was not mentioned on the website when the pool could be used. We were registered as four people, and we were only given 2 towels. For hygiene, there was only two very mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Whenever someone is in the shower, you could here it from the next room. The TV was very static and outdated. The bathroom was quiet small. The "hotel " simply ended up being an outdated motel, with only the dining room being renovated.

The rooms are older, mine was upstairs. The carpeting looked pretty new, bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The lights in the bathroom went out as in circuit breaker but, wouldn't come back on. The Breakfast....lots of families! The food ran out fast. People swarmed quickly like a refugee camp.The poor one Attendant looked overwhelmed.I hope she gets paid well. Each building has amenities, so you must go Outside to another building for breakfast, another building for ice and vending machine, another building for laundry. So, you do need to fully dress. It's not just run downstairs and grab something...it's outside. I won't come back to this Hilton.

This morning, we went to the cafeteria before 8:30, but no breakfast available. The manager said that we only paid the room, not the breakfast. This is the first time I saw a business lying in public and not shamed about it. So many customers there, waiting for the food, arguing, but the hotel just doesn’t care. How can you trust a liar?Noteworthy details: No breakfast.
