Never experienced this type of customer service my entire life, the agent Suvidha Daniels that worked with me and my husband put us on hold for over 1 hour saying she can’t get a hold of progressive while we called progressive on another phone got a hold of progressive’s agent, got help on the issue the Ariana agent Suvidha Daniels has caused to begin with. And the kept on saying she can’t get a hold of any one even after. So disrespectful and under trained. Also Lair! They do not know what they’re doing at this agency and for that reason I’ve decided to switch.

I used this service to get a specialized type of insurance. Suvidha was very friendly, knowledgable and prompt in her responses. She also made the timeline for delivery very clear. I would definitely use Ariana Insurance again for any future needs.

I have been using their services for approximately over 15 years now. I have always found them very professional, responsive and caring towards their customers. Now with their 2nd generation running the show they have managed to maintain the same level of quality and customer service set by the founder Aref Popal. I highly recommend Ariana Insurance for your home/auto/commercial insurance needs.
