The new gentleman behind the counter is no less friendly, but not very articulate in American English. If you know what you're looking for and need it's easy enough, but if you have questions, well, it may be best to ask on Google or a fellow customer in-store. I still rate this establishment 5 stars because they offer a veritable bounty of options. Though I do hope the previous store manager is okay, and hold out hope for his return.”
