This place is horrible! I took my sister in law who is 12 years old for a hair trimming. Simply asked for a u shape in the back and this is what they did. We went back to get it fix. It took her 10 mins to understand what u shape is. The receptionist was nice and she apologized but the hairstylist was so rude and was not denying her fault even after showing her the pic. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!

Best haircut I have ever gotten!!! I just showed Sua my inspo pic and she made it happen, even better! My hair is naturally thick so I wanted to get a cut to where it will look thinner and she texturized cut it to achieve that look while still maintaining my desired length (I already came in with a somewhat shorter hair so I wanted it to still be almost the same length, just more volume.) All of the staff are nice, would talk casually and even joke around. I love this place and will definitely come back!

What made this hair salon catch my eye was the it was near Shilla's bakery. I really loved how the lady cut my hair. She took her time and had recommendations which helped a lot. She was very kind and gentle. I felt satisfied with the cutting process and the end result overall.

I usually go and see Tracy for men's hair cut, she's great. Staff are friendly. Overpriced - probably for a men's haircut. However, their front desk personnel who schedules the appointments are ALWAYS inconsistent. I was scheduled at a time that an hour before they were opened. Happened twice. Along with wait times, sometimes I find myself waiting half an hour at least before I'm sat down. What's the purpose of scheduling an appointment if there's a large gap in wait time?

I was very excited to get my hair cut here because my family goes here regularly and they adore it so much. I went on a quiet afternoon with just one other customer in the salon. Loved that! Just one stylist and an assistant. They are very friendly. I asked for a straight cut bob only for me to get a very jagged, uneven cut. This is the usual cut I ask for in other hair salons and I always show the same photo inspiration. Now, I don’t think I would have been so upset but there’s an obvious chunk of hair that’s longer than the rest of the cut (please see photo). I know I should have spoken up but I guess my anxiety got the best of me. (again, my fault. Sorry) But also, for $60, I would have hoped for my desired cut (which I thought was pretty simple). Sorry.Service: Haircut

Im very precise on who cuts my hair. Last time I had my haircut was last year when we were stationed in Japan. I went to this one hair salon, same stylist the whole 4 years we were out there. Took a bit of time to look for someone who would cut my hair since I was unsure who could replace the stylist I had. I happen to be looking for salons in the Annandale area and saw the page. Juno exceeded my expectations. I am a repeat customer and I usually come back to the same place for haircut.
