I don't know what people's problem is about this place. I've been dropping off my pre-paid mail and UPS packages here for over 3 years, and have never had a problem with any of my packages getting lost. Yes, it's a bit weird inside. Customer service doesn't really exist there, but when I'm dropping off boxes I don't really care about that. There are multiple things going on in there, such as selling post office supplies, UPS, and fedex shipping services, but it seems like all the carriers make a pit-stop there on their routes, so it's legit. In fact, whenever I drop off my shopping returns there it seems to come back much faster than it does when I've dropped it off at other locations. This location is super convenient in Annandale too!!!
