Excellent! I hired them to move me from my 3rd floor apt to a single family home and they did a great job! They took time to wrap my furniture, make sure everything was where I wanted, and even disassembled and reassembled some things for me. I would highly recommend!

Jose and his team are fantastic! We have used them for two local moves and most recently for a long distance move out of state. They are always on time, professional, and get the job done well and in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

The individuals who helped me move were very communicative and kind and were so efficient. The price for HD Movers is much better compared to other companies in the area, and the quality of their services is superb. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move!

(Summer 2018) I just recently moved to a new apartment, and I used HD full moving. Not only were the guys professional and prompt, they finished the job incredibly quickly! They definitely made my move a breeze. UPDATE (Summer 2020): I moved this past weekend from an apartment to a townhome, and they were just as great as the first time I utilized their services. Not planning to move for a while, but I highly recommend them.

These guys are the BEST!! Jose and his team are efficient and the best movers I've ever dealt with. They worked quickly, wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped, and moved everything with care. They also set up my bed and table for me! They were a pleasure to work with. Look no further for the perfect moving company for the BEST price. I had other movers in the area quote me price well over $1500, these guys are the real deal and I'm so glad I found them! I will be referring them to all in the DMV!!

These movers are the real deal. They haven't been out of my apartment moving me in five minutes, but these guys are amazing! So fast, friendly, attentive, and just incredibly hard working. $299 for 3 hours is a steal in DC. Thank you thank you again!l They showed up on time- and took about an hour to pack and unpack my new place. Cannot say enough positive things!

Today was my second time using HD Moving, and again I was a very happy customer. Their prices are extremely competitive, but you don't get "low cost service". Very professional team, and the whole process of my reservation was very smooth... got a call the night before from the actual team that was coming to confirm all the details. They accommodated my schedule for freight elevator reservations in my building, and showed up exactly when I wanted them to. They were very quick and efficient, while still very careful and attentive to details. Carefully treated everything I had marked as fragile... Great attitude and service with a smile the whole time. Jose and his team did an overall excellent job with this move, and I will certainly be recommending and using HD Moving for all future moving needs.

I called HD Full Moving Service the day before I was to move from my studio apartment in Dupont Circle. Jose was wonderful. He called me back immediately and we discussed my options. Unfortunately, I had to be out of my apartment by the next evening and I was scheduled to have the elevator for my move from 9-12 noon. Jose told me he was moving someone earlier, but he would be at my apartment around 11 am. Well sure enough, the movers arrived around 11:45 am and were able to complete the move in less than 2 hours. The workers were courteous, efficient and reliable. I would not hesitate to hire HD Full Movers again. Thank you for helping me out, with very little notice. Moving is always hard, but Jose and his crew made it manageable and affordable.

I called to see if I could get information on your moving services... when i did call i was intially greeted rudely was told a different price from the quotes you have listed online it was 100 dollars more. When i mentioned that i was told well nobody is forcing you to get the services so i asked to speak to the manager was told the manager was out of the country. Then i was hung up on. I called back and was asked what do i want i then asked for someone in charge he said there not in asked for the managers name was told his name was john i asked for the person name on the phone and was told his name was john i then asked for the manager once again and was told hes not in the office and asked for his name once again he said it was peter and i asked for the individual name again he said his name is joel. Was told i would recieve a call back from the manager. Havent recived one so i called the place one more time on yesterday and my phone call was being screened. I called the place this morning from a different number and was hung on. 8 times again i asked the simple questions whats the manangers name and when will he be in questions were never answered was still greeted rudely and was told im not trying tonbe rude but what do you want and i asked him the questions again this time he told me is name was jose so ill continue to call until an adult is put on the phone. They need to start giving out negative stars or none at all because i wouldnt have giving. Them the 1 if i could

I've used HD moving about 3 times and it was good those 3 times. The 4th time was horrible! They scheduled to come between 12-2 then showed up at 9am demanding that they start loading. I let them know that I wasn't ready for them to start loading and to come back between the hours we scheduled. Oscar was so rude saying that he would just cancel bc his guys had other appointments. I had to quickly remind him that I'd used HD before and referred him to several other people and to calm the hell down. He agreed to come back between 12-2 like we scheduled initially. At 2 he calls and says he can't make it until 3. Ummm okayyyy, that's fine. At 3 he calls and says that he's been calling me for an hour and that his guys were waiting for me. Total lies!! Why would I schedule an appointment to move and not be there ready to move??? And on top of that one of the people i referred to him just told me that his guys broke her glass dining room table and sliced his damn leg open. Like what the hell is going on? Thankfully I found other movers (muscle men movers) with the same price on the same day!!!

I would highly recommend this company! The crew was super fast and they were hard workers! I used them for two days for a 5 bedroom house. I didn't get a big enough truck the first time. Anyways, they were able to lift big heavy items by themselves. I was so amazed! Miguel was one of the movers and he was sooo good! They managed to move the whole house without any marks on the wall! Most importantly, they were so good at Stacking everything in the storage unit to make everything fit! It's like playing Tetris. I would use them again for my next move when I buy a house. Jose the manager provided great customer service!
