I was looking at the reviews and it looks like the management at BB&T or Truist do not and have not read the reviews (which goes back a decade)!!! Because this branch continues to operate at a 2 Star level, and continues to provide bad/slow/rude service ??♂️

This is the first time I have ever known that you cannot exchange money while you are in the bank - i gave out a bunch of $1 bill and ask if I can exchange my $1 bill to $10 bill but she stated that she cannot exchange it- it need to be deposited into account

Very ugly service1or 2 banker serve all customers and drive through customers too.Always waiting long time at least 30 minutesNew branch manager woman is very rude and crazy service.

If you need paper work or a notarization or anything other than deposit/withdraw at this bank, DO NOT make an appt through their website. Even though there is a space on the website to provide details of the service you need, they don't read it and you will arrive at the bank to find that there is no manager, or no one who can do a medallion notarization, or something equally inconvenient. They will expect you to just go home and call around to other branches until you find what you need. Do not expect service from this branch -- or any other, really.

The Front desk/reception lady was very curt and rude with me. Especially for being the first impression of this branch, I did not feel very welcomed at all.

There are good and bad CSR’s the worst is the Asian lady that doesn’t know how to do her job well, she thinks seniority gives her the right to discriminate and be rude. She is however very nice with her own people. Get help from the other Reps mostly nice and patient. Might be time for Ms Kim to retire. all the other branches are very nice and provide good service.

Poor performance for a long time customer. Took a well written document in for a notary. They refused because It was hand written. Took it across the street and UPS had no problem for 5 dollars.A notary verifies that the document written or typed and signed by one is actually that person.The document should be of no interest or concern to the notary.When I call the bank for another purpose, there is no answer. It just rings.

we have great experience at this location with Mr. Jessie Ontiveros. Great people, very responsible and he look up for customer satisfaction. The tellers are very welcoming and cheerful and Mr. Jessie was very knowledgeable and helpful.
