I have been bringing my car to Mr. Kim for the last 2 years after recommendation from a friend. He is honest and knows what he is doing!My wife took her Mini-Coop to Wiyguls and they tried to charge her $2700 for repairs saying the needed to take the engine out......Mr. Kim looked at and said it was not necessary and did the repairs substantially LESS than Wiyguls.I would highly recommend them.........I live in 15 minutes away and will travel because I trust them 100%!!!!!!

Mr. Bill Kim, Robbie and their team of honest, friendly and professional staff are the best in providing auto repair and maintenance services. High quality work with honest pricing. I have been taking my car for routine maintenance to Backlick Rd service for years. Recently they performed the 100K mile service on my 2017 Acura MDX. They keep my vehicle running and driving like new. I highly recommend them.

I left my grand 2004 cherokee to fix a simple brake fluid leak.they charged $412 and they also damaged the cable that performs the gear changes in transmission the jeep worked perfectly and now it doesn't do speed marches. the mechanic said it arrived at the workshop damaged and i told him he's wrong I brought it in perfect condition and now reverse doesn't work conclusion take my jeep to another workshop I really do not recommend this workshop.???

The most honest auto mechanic I know so far. Brought in my MDX with all kinds of system error messages. They checked it out and said the problem could be an engine misfire. They were nice enough to print out a manufacturer's recall notice related to the fuel pump and recommended me to bring the car to the dealer for inspection/repair. The best part was that I was told prior to the service that the diagnosis fee was $70 but it ended up being a courtesy check with no charge. I was the first time customer there and was very happy with the service so I'll be bringing all of my future car repairs there.

I recommend Backlick Road Service Station to anyone who will listen to me!! Bill Kim is the most honest car repair service my family and I have ever encountered. Our relationship began years ago when Bill saved us over $1000 on our Honda Accord. This past weekend my Odyssey dash lit up like a pinball machine and died on me. We had it towed to a repair shop right near the house. I got the estimate this morning and immediately called Bill. Long story short, I'm paying to have the van towed again to Bill because he will charge me $700 less than the other shop quoted me. Bill is a salt of the earth guy and he deserves accolades on a daily basis for being a truly kind and honest human!!! I feel like I hit the car repair lottery when I found Backlick Road service station!!!!

I am a former engineer and a DIY mechanic opting to do my car repairs myself to save money. These repairs include replacing engine mounts, oil changes, CV axles, brakes, driver-side window repair, radiator, emission systems, hoses, belts, headlights, plugs, wires, ignition coils, door handles, seat belts, and more.Backlick Road Service Station has highly qualified experienced mechanics and the least inexpensive gas anywhere I know (if you pay by cash).My Toyota Corola was rejected during a safety inspection based on gasoline fumes indicating a fuel leak. Wondering about the expense of a gasoline tank replacement, etc, I asked Harry at the No 1 BEST Advance Auto located on 7448 Little River Turnpike for his advice (see my review of them). Harry referred me to Backlick Serice Station.Backlick Service did a smoke test indicating that I do not have a fuel leak. The diagnostic was less than $100 yet getting things correct with Auto Repair is "PRICELESS".I offered Backlick Service the option of getting back to me before the end of the month since this is my "spare" backup vehicle. In a matter of hours, I was called and now have a document showing no fuel leak.I will be taking my Toyota to another Station who offers Safety Inspection Service after I have new tires installed.

My 2008 Corolla and Honda mini van had some issue last year. I saved money and time with quality service here. The charges are fairly affordable with third party brand if possible. Plus one year guarantee. Some mechanics rip off asking unnecessary recommendations. I personally I trust this place.
