“While visiting the area, my battery died on my 2017 Ford Escape. I was happy to see a Ford dealership right down the street from my hotel. I made an appointment on Sunday evening and arrived at the service early Monday morning. The service team understood my issue and promptly installed a new battery in my vehicle; they had me back on the road by 9:30. I appreciated the time they took for me and the professionalism shown.”

“Arney always gets me right on my auto claims. He does great work, and he has some awesome help around the shop. I've taken my vehicle to them since I started driving, and I will until he closes the shop. If something isn't right, they'll make it right. I've seen them spray some pretty paint jobs on restorations. He got a bad batch of paint from the paint manufacturer once for my grandfather's hood. Once he realized it, he made it his priority to correct the issue at no cost.”
“After going to several repair shops in oil change centers, most of which felt somewhat dishonest, I can say that wilborn brothers is solid and top notch. Notch. I will be taking my car to them not only for oil changes but for any repairs and maintenance that I need in the foreseeable future. They're very honest, very clear in how they explain things, and very reasonably priced. They stand by their work and it shows.”
“I'm from Texas but I'm up here workin. Don't know these people at all. They were just the closest mom and pop shop to the rv park where I'm stayin and it looked like they had good reviews. I pretty much knew what was wrong with my truck and what needed to be done to it when i took it in to them. They came back and confirmed it. They were friendly, honest, got my truck in and out in a timely manner, and were reasonably priced. You can't ask for more than that. I'd recommend this shop if that's what you're lookin for.”
“Super helpful on a late night, on a weekend. I can't say enough positive things about the treatment my family received after my father in law broke down outside of VIR! We tried some work arounds, but nothing got the truck started again, so getting late on a Sunday night my husband called Wade's and almost immediately the gentleman started out to pick up my husband's truck, and the 24 foot car carrier trailer. Reginald then carried both the truck and trailer to our house an hour and a half away the next day. Again, can't say enough positive things!!!”

“Excellent customer service and item selection also other shops showed the same manufacturing part number but sold a different model for example I bought the same radiator cap from another online seller and was sent a 16lbs cap when the part number identifies the cap as 20lbs so I sent it back I checked other sellers and they also sold the wrong model these shops got to get there info corrected and know what there actually selling but tmi had it and sent me the correct item for a excellent price and shipping costs were appropriate and shipping was super fast other sellers were charging more money and not even for the right part and charging a ridiculous amount for shipping or were out of stock anyway I highly recommend tmi racing products A+”
