I was thoroughly impressed and frankly shocked by the customer service here when I came in to get something notarized…I came in on a Friday afternoon and while waiting I watched so many people be so harsh on and impatient with the bank tellers, but they effectively communicated that I’d have to wait some and were efficient in helping customers. I was even more impressed the tellers didn’t tell off people because goodness do they have to endure a lot - be patient and kind to them people. Adilia helped me and she was absolutely stellar and went above and beyond!

Every time I go there, there is Karen the manager ready to help me, she is so kind and she is always smiling, normally the visit to the bank are always boring but no at this location in Penn Dawn, also the banker Victor is so nice and always like to talk and share experiences and make my visit there more comfortable, definitely they both are amazing people, keep doing a great job, regards for you both, Sara ?

Not sure if the branch manager or anyone checks these but I just eanted to say that miss Adilia Lara was super amazing. She spent 1.5 hours with me helping me out. She's super caring and professional. Truly appreciate all her help.

The service here is SO SLOW that I can easily write this review while standing on line IN the bank itself. And I mean SSSLLLOOOOOWWW. Reserve at least 45 minutes in your day to get even one thing done here. They could care less that the line is long and there are never more than two tellers working at one time.

More kindness and patience needs to be worked on with employees here, branch and service management. Needs more positive energy, this branch i feel as a employee they are not nice.. as i have witnessed observing others.

Was a customer since 2015 and needed to open a business account but people over here literally didn’t want to help me, it was clear when guy was talking to me he just wanted me to get out and don’t bother them with any questions.. awful experience..

Worst customer service i have experianced. Some staff are rude and unprofissional. Becuase of their mistreating i am not visiting that branch anymore.

The drive through takes foreeeevvvver. 1 hour and 25 minutes for five cars. Do not come to this branch if you are in a hurry.

Worst Service from Spanish Manager, on Monday June 1st 2020.I m going this branch for the last 20 years for Company deposits but very rude attitude.
