Casundra Sumpter was phenomenal!!! Why can’t every branch manager in United be like her? From her tone of voice, empathy and sense of humor made the experience personable. It easy to tell when someone is being authentic vs pretending. Making it enjoyable to have an authentic understanding experience from one human being in need of help to another human who became my Hero of the day! Once again thank you!!!

Worse service I ever got from a bank worker! ELIZABETH and her MANAGER was so desperately to close , the manager left before hours of closing, than Elizabeth was rushing us, she told us that everything was closed AND all that happened before closing hours which is 4pm

Will charge you overdraft fees that put your account in the negative! Then try to tell you that a merchant processed payments late even though I woke up to my direct deposit and next day have all these overdraft fees charged. Will lie when you question them & they only courtesy me 1 overdraft fee back after charging 4! Never had this experience with any bank I’ve banked with before! If you like your hard earned money don’t put it in here

Terrible bank. They close at random times, often much earlier than their posted closing time of 4PM (which is already an hour before people normally get out of work). It is near impossible to reach them by phone, and they charge countless hidden fees. I'm leaving this bank and joining a more established brand that has a reputation of trust and reliability.

This bank is horrible. Besides only being open when normal people also work, they close early whenever they want to, so don't trust the posted hours even on the door. The establishment has locked almost 2000 of my dollars and because of their poor infrastructure and capability it's taken me almost 2 hours to NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO DEPOSIT RENT
