Deri and her team truly brought our wedding vision to life! We are so thankful for Deri and the amount of work she put into our wedding to make it so meaningful and memorable for us. Deri is attentive, passionate, caring, and a true visionary that has your best interest in mind and will do whatever it takes to make sure it comes to life. She's always willing to come up with creative options, thinks outside the box, and has your best interest in mind from working with vendors, providing recommendations on rehearsal dinner and lodging, to everything in between. We know that we were in great hands with Deri! Deri also makes herself available to meet (over the phone and in person) whenever you need it and we are so appreciative of her! We are so happy we chose to start our union on Union! Highly recommend Deri and TFAC!

Great place. Actually ended up coming twice and buying art. The artist Christopher Erney was amazing to speak to and I bought a wonderful gift in his studio. He is located on the first floor. Loved his work. There were couple of places that were closed that I wanted to check out as well. Shoutout to the artist Veronica BARKER-BARZEL on floor 3 who I will definitely come visit when I’m back in Virginia.

It was one of the mind blowing place to go, particularly with the family and friends. You can see many of the artist in making of their adults all in three floors of the building. Plenty of parking around and also nice place to eat ice cream. also you can seeRiver market and surroundings. If you have time you can go for boating with taxi or private tour.

It is a large open 3 story building that you can wander through and see different artist studios. I was there really early (opens at 10 and I was there at 1015 on a Friday) so there were not many artists there. I still enjoyed glancing through to their work hanging up. There is also a small archeological museum on the 3rd floor. The building was clean, air conditioned, and had bathrooms.

A fun place for all art lovers! Local artists are able to showcase their talents and creativity, along with selling their artwork in their own individual studios. The Torpedo Factory is 3 levels and used to actually be an old torpedo factory! History about this is located on the first floor. Additionally, there are public bathrooms located on each floor and an elevator is available if needed. Depending on your pace and interest for each artist, we recommend 1-2 hours here.
