Phenomenal physician. Takes the time to sit down and listen to her patients- which is honestly a rare experience with modern day healthcare. Provides advice that is evidence-based, open and honest. I value her input and always feel heard. Dr. Taylor is very culturally sensitive as well. 10/10 recommend if you want a high quality PCP!

Dr. Taylor is great but the wait times are extreme. They don't value your time by having you wait 45 plus minutes to be seen. If Dr.'s are always behind they should schedule accordingly but this is notorious at many other medical facilities.

Dr. Taylor is an EXCELLENT Doctor!!! She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She has been our Family Doctor for several years and I am extremely satisfied with her services. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor.

Dr Taylor is by far the greatest primary care physician I’ve ever had! She’s patient, kind, considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. She takes her time in lieu of rushing to listen to my concerns. She’s wonderful and I highly recommend her and this practice.

My husband and I chose this clinic because of location convenience for our annual. For both of us the front desk turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Very rude and slow. They expect you to sit and wait. When you come to the window to ask how much longer the wait will be the girl looks up annoyed and says “just sit and wait”. Dr Carty is also rather lame.And not only front desk is shockingly rude, they forgot to provide me with a QR code to access my patient’s portal, I was waiting for my test results for 2 weeks, then called them, they promised to send them to my email the same day and never did… Frankly, I haven’t met such an unprofessional team in any other place.And judging by older comments here the administration isn’t going to do anything to train their stuff or somehow resolve the issues, though people keep complaining

Dr. Taylor is so condescending and rude. I've never came across a doctor so harsh in their tone and service. Never again.

I'm not sure if I'll stay a patient at this office. I signed up to have Dr. Taylor as my primary physician and have yet to see or hear from her. I had to call in to ask about my test results and still have not heard back from a doctor to explain them. I was seen by another physician which was not what I expected. I chose Dr. Taylor for a reason.

Doctor is great but you need to get well prepared for the extremely rude front desk. Before seeing the doctor, you will be harassed and discriminated by the front desk lady. After putting up with all this nightmare experience, the patient felt very stressful and depressed.Don't go there if you don't have a big and strong heart! (or take heart medicine with you)

The doctors are incredible but the front office will drive you insane. On average you will wait on hold for 45 minutes just to talk to someone about scheduling an appointment.

RUDE front desk receptionist. and took extremely long for results- delayed responses and follow up. I had to call multiple times to get a response/results. horrible communication and they screen all calls. BWARE OF "DR.TAYLOR" HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! condescending nasty attitude
