Where do you get your employees from? Is one of your requirements being rude and not speaking English?! A bunch of illiterate people who are rude and ill- mannered. Absolutely ridiculous! Refund my money- stop being a fraudulent company that you are! Stealing people’s money, front them with people who understands absolutely nothing in English + highly highly rude. Especially this location has a special requirement to their employees that is being rude and illiterate! Give the rudest employee award to the lady named, Marina. She deserves it.FYI- this woman sent the driver to a wrong address, I believe she did it intentionally! On the phone when I placed the order I was told it will take 25 minutes, food arrived after an hour and a half.This location is especially operated to disappoint CUSTOMERS.

I pre-order my food early in the day and set the time for 6pm to be delivered. It arrived 18 mins late, cold and over cooked. Tired to call them to complain and got stuck in an endless loop of phone advertising with no one picking up the phone. Paid way too much to get bad service. Not ordering from here again.

It’s Pizza Hut. Not the best pizza in town but it’s ok. Make sure they clearly understand you special request or your order will not be as you requested.

So the problem for one I walked in and there was no person at the register and when someone came to it they told me to hold up and I had to wait another couple of minutes for my order to be taken so I get my order taken, they told me to wait 15 minutes so I waited and it took more than 20 minutes for me to get my food for one I’ll admit one part was that I left my receipt in a store I was at but this one employee named Nata helped me out and he was the only person there trying to help out all the customers in my opinion he needs to get paid more and get a promotion because he was a big help.

I ordered pizza, delivery guy didn’t bring our drink and when we called to resolve this the worker had a bad attitude and yelled the the phone. Never again!

Order a pizza. They quoted a price and said 15minutes. I arrive in 20mims. They had no information that I had placed an order. They were completely clueless and lost.Apparently Pizza Hut is such a mess the phone rep person who I complained to completely agreed that the stores are in complete chaos.

I ordered wings and they just poured sauce on top. My wings were half plain and not cooked all the way. Will never go back there again.

I always have loved pizza hut pizza and now breadsticks and Cinnabon and to know soda can be included. Only one time our pizza was late and the mgr made is a free large pizza. I thought that was great customer service.

I will order from elsewhere, food was warm & I live less than 5 minutes from the PH I ordered from & have in the past, the website needs to update items if they're out of something especially a whole dish, I gave a 15% tip to a driver who I had to stay on the phone with for 15 whole minutes on telling them where I lived!

Horrible service don't waste your time ordering online cause they won't have it ready at all! I had to wait 20 extra minutes on top of the 15 minutes.

More accurate tracker. The tracker indicated that my pizza was essentially burnt the amount of time shown in the oven.

The pizza could have been cooked a lot longer. The dough was very mushy and was not done at all. The wings were delicious as always… I really enjoy your chicken wings.
