I buy a lot of cars and this dealer and internet salesperson Riko was excellent to work with over the email and text. Just confirm the car is available over the email, give cashiers check to the finance guy and pickup the car. Does not add unnecessary accessories like lojack, 3M, or surprise fees like other dealers. You just pay the price advertised online plus doc and taxes. Trade in price matched to Carvana too! Free uber rides to and from the dealer!

Beware of the sales tactics of this dealership. They promise you a deal then before signing papers they tell you that someone else is buying it that they didn't know about. They have a lack of communication between managers. In this day and age that should not exist. I had already paid for local transport and ordered the charger to be installed in my home but they sold the car for a higher profit.

Called in to have my fuel gauge and tire gauge checked and asked if the warranty on my vehicle could be confirmed. The technician didn’t even ask for my vehicle information - he immediately quoted $169 to check both issues. Just for the diagnostic.
His tone was very much “I’m over this”.
Not a great first impression. I cancelled the appointment and set up an appointment with a different branch.

I had an appointment 10:30am today, I arrived at Nissan before 10am— I always come early as courtesy. I received an email at 11:50am that the car is ready, we stood in front of the agents but no one is approaching us?, i feel like we are ignored- very awkward specially to us- because this is not the firstime i felt like this in nissan passport.
we sat in waiting area assuming that the agent gonna call us since they are ignoring us— couple of minutes passed by still no one is calling us. People in the waiting area before us have left already. So we decided to approached the agent because it’s like 3hrs for tire rotation, change oil and change filters?. I am just disappointed not because it took so long— i am disappointed because i feel like we were taken for granted.

Great service and great customer service! Travon Berry was great, and the service manager was extremely candid and helpful in the process from bringing it in to driving away. Highly recommend for those with a problem!

My wife and I were at the Passport Nissan in Alexandria VA, and we would like to say that Travon is the best at what he do. So I call a sales person, tell him I will be there in 10 minutes to test a specific car. I get there he ignores me, there are 2 other salesman and there are no customers. After 10 minutes I am told he will be with me soon. I ask what I am waiting for and turn to walk out and get an ok from the other salesman. Why should I buy a car from a place that has no interest.

Diaz is the man you want to go to for purchasing any car! I came here a year ago looking for a new vehicle and was not impressed with the 2023 line up, but no worries because the team here is not your ordinary sales team, they never pressured me and always made me feel right at home, so I came back a year later and I am so happy I did because I ended up leaving with the car of my dreams lol Diaz and the whole sales team treated us like family, you will never go feeling like you are shopping for a car, but meeting up with old friends instead. They made sure I was making the choice that was right for me, and kudos to a sales team that wants to inform you and not try to push a car down your throat. I would highly recommend passport Nissan for purchasing a car, as I will be coming back, and I can see myself purchasing here for life, hopefully Diaz will be there when my son is old enough to drive because to me this place truly made me feel like family!

Service. HORRIBLE. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Extremely frustrating. They have no desire to find the problem just want your money. Do not take your car here.

I changed battery here less than a year ago under warranty, unfortunately battery went bad, but they won’t replace without charging $400, even though it clearly says on the battery 24 months free replacement and 84 months limited warranty
