I had a great experience with ahmed helping me out to purchase my genesis G80 Ahmed was great, always available to answer my many questions and a pleasure to work with. The car i had picked out was ready on our arrival and that was several hours earlier than our appointment. We had a small hiccup that needed attention the day after purchase and Ahmed made sure I was taken care of even. Great service and truly appreciated.

Service department had my vehicle for over 2 days and never called me to let me know a status. I called three times on day 2 to track down the person that was handling my vehicle and twice a message was left for her. The third time another person knew it was me calling and waited with me on the phone until my service person was free. I heard her yell in the background that she would call me back. Never did. I called back midmorning on day 3 and was told, "oh yeah, the mechanic just finished with your vehicle". Lack of communication is unprofessional when someone has to plan making moves without their vehicle.

The service is terrible. We brought our ford ranger because it was doing a weird noice and they had it for 3 days. Didn’t address the problem and charged us $500. Terrible customer service. Don’t recommend

If only I could leave 0 stars.
I purchased a used MKC and within 30 days of purchase, the check engine light comes on. I bring it back to this dealer and the maintenance department tells me the car needs a new ENGINE. Yes, you read that correctly. I walk to the sales department to ask why I was sold a car that needs a new engine and while I’m talking to them, maintenance finds me and says “oh wait nevermind, we misread…it just needs xx (new spark plug or something).” Yeah, ok.
Needless to say, I was very skeptical and wanted to trade the MKC back for a different car. There happened to be a perfectly good alternative: another used MKC for similar mileage and one year newer model and I would’ve loved to take that car. However, after dealing with this fiasco already for 3 hours in the dealership, I was given the run around for another hour as the sales team tried to make another profit. This was not a scenario where you get to make a profit — you sold me a bad car and you had the opportunity to correct the error and swap me into a solution immediately. I was not going to give you more money for being put through a painful, frustrating experience.
I walked out of the dealership in tears, drove the car immediately to my hometown mechanic for his trusted opinion and was told the car was in a major accident from what he could see in the undercarriage (not on carfax) and advised me to get rid of it ASAP. I took it to another dealer the next day and had a wonderful, respectful experience trading it for a reliable vehicle. Happy to say I’ll never step foot in this dealership again.

Ourisman Ford Lincoln always provides great service. I’ve bought a Mustang and a Lincoln Nautilus there and plan to buy my next vehicle from them. The sales and service departments are always friendly and professional.
