I was recommended to come here by my dealership over the summer. I needed the front of my car fixed after a minor accident. They got the parts and everything was fine until I came to pick up my car. The hood was still not fully attached to the bumper. When I asked if that was safe, because I felt like it wasn’t, they shrugged me off. I came back a few days later because the hood would violently shake when I drove. I told them it didn’t feel safe and they said it’s just rust and to forget about it. All this after they charged me so much to not completely fix the car. I brought it to another shop after my hood almost flew off while driving. The other place said they couldn’t believe anyone would let me drive this car off a lot like that, especially with how much it cost to fix. I even brought a guy with me to make sure this didn’t happen, but I could not believe any professional would leave a car so unsafe after they are paid to fix it.

I did not receive the service that I believe everyone should receive. I dropped off my car on a Monday and was told it would take a week and a half to have my car ready. I headed over to pick up my rental and went about my day. 2-3 days later, I was informed by my insurance company that my rental was being canceled because my car was ready. I was not notified by N&T by phone or email or any way. I was a bit shocked and confused. I head over to the shop and come to find out they put the wrong color parts on my car and the wrong texture. I was extremely upset. This entire time, I am using Uber to go back and forth and working, so it was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional on their end. I had to leave again and let them fix the car again, and that took time. Had the job been done the first time correctly, had the communication been better from the beginning, this all could have been avoided. I personally will not be using their service again in the future.

I had an amazing experience at NT Body! Every person was so nice, helpful, respectful, and friendly! My car looked brand new by the time I got it back, couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received.

While I hope to NEVER be involved in another collision, I would highly recommend Set and his team to anyone seeking collision repair. NT Auto Body worked efficiently to make both cosmetic and mechanical repairs. My car was returned to me in absolutely pristine condition AND they even did some light detail work on the inside. Excellent service, the shop offers lifetime warranty in case of anything that I didn't like after the service. I got into an accident and have to replace the front bumper & hood. They repaired it quickly and got my vehicle faster than expected. The only downside is the headlight bulb was a bit uneven and I can see it when I turn on the low beam at night. I called them and they can adjust it for free. Would recommend for others.

NT Auto Body staff and work was excelente and so fast. They greet clients with a smile, guide you step by step, help you deal with getting a rent a car and dealing with your insurance company.
The work done was perfect. I can not even tell I even was bumped.

Great service. Professional staff. The repair work on my car was precision, with close attention to detail. Beautifully done.
